Breakfast was exceptional! They had many choices, both Asian and Western, and all were delicious. Service in the dining area was prompt and pleasant. All staff were wonderful, friendly, and responsive to questions. The pool was really nice - tranquil and great location with beach views. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the bathtub on the balcony. The bathroom was enormous and had wonderful lighting. The location is a bit far from downtown Pattaya, but the hotel has a free shuttle to two locations in Pattaya, which was highly convenient. The shuttle doesn't run after 8:30 PM, though, so plan to use the Bolt app to get back to the hotel if you are out later into the evening.

A very minor thing, but the music that was playing on the hotel loudspeakers got very annoying! It was a loop of a melody that started out as sounding soothing, but became an audio nuisance within a day or two of listening to it in all the common spaces of the hotel.

La playa honestamente no es la mejor, si bien la tienen limpia en el hotel, en los alrededores no es limpia y no nos bañamos porque no se veía muy bonita

The rooms are spacious with a good view, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were nice. A nice place to relax will be back again.

The beach where the hotel is located is NOT swimmable! It’s so dirty with plastic bottles besides peoples dirt that it’s forbidden to swim. The hotel pictures shown in the website does not reflect reality. The hotel is definitely NOT a 5 stars resort. If you’re looking for a leisure trip as I was, that’s not the ideal place. My family and I had our holidays ruined!!! Also, there were cats running around the restaurant and even on the dishes. My son was trying to eat his coconut and the cat was faster and ate my son’s coconut! This is unacceptable!!!

Breakfast spread is fantastic. Many choices. The location is a bit far from the city but the tranquillity of the hotel is good.

I gave cleanliness amiss because I was bitten by bed bugs. If not I love the big bed.
