Food service and restaurants. The Staff are cooperative . Quality of food is very good . The resort is calm suitable for relaxing time.

The cabanas need innovation. Housekeeping quality is below expectations. Gardening and green areas need more care. Water park Schedule needs revision, it’s not logical to make Friday for ladies instead of families!.

Couldn’t get security deposit (SAR 1,000 ) receipt. I asked the front desk that I need the receipt, he said we would not provide that at the moment? How come?

Sunset has a nice exclusive location on the beach, but the landscaping and general upkeep is subpar with both its reputation and the price

It was extremely overpriced, and understaffed, and poorly maintained. Electrical sockets do not conform to national standards, calls for service or for buggy transport took over an hour, there is almost no one staying there, some privately owned villas are dilapidated or very poorly maintained as are many of the common facilities and buildings. In addition, the security to enter and exit runs still like it is Khobar in the 1990s with Saudi guests treated suspiciously and limits on guests to invite for meals or the day in a entire home being less than the number of sleeping spaces. Honestly, this place has no business being listed on booking as it is nothing at all a resort nor does it function like one. It is more like a gated community that is past its prime and overcharging and poorly treating guests as a nuisance.
