Our stay was perfect. Able to walk to a small beach nearby that was beautiful. We were close enough to the water to hear the surf at night. We had rented a car, and drove to many different beaches depending on the conditions. We hope to visit again soon.

Peaceful and relaxing stay
This was our 5th trip to Anguilla but our 1st time back for almost 5 years, the island did not disappoint! We had a lovely stay at the condo in Sandy Hill...the balcony and the rooftop deck were fantastic. The complex is very secluded and quiet but still within a reasonable/short drive to many of the best beaches and restaurants on the island. Would definitely return to Sandy Hill!

Clean, quiet property with great view from rooftop patio and side porches. Plenty of space for the two of us. Excellent ocean breeze – never needed AC. Had all the furnishings, towels, linens, dishes, etc we needed. Good wireless internet connection – no problem working remotely. Within easy walking distance of small, usually deserted, beach. Near groceries, gas, liquor, etc. Helpful onsite property management and maintenance. Nice pool. Many roads on Anguilla are rough, including the one to this property, so get a rental car with some clearance or 4WD. All the main beaches, restaurants, activities, etc are a short drive away. Grounds are well maintained. This is an upper story property with lots of stairs – no problem as long as you are in good health. Good communications with friendly owner. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Had a wonderful stay at the property. The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a ton of outdoor space - a large balcony for dining/lounging as well as a large roof area that was perfect for exercise. I quarantined at the property for the required period and then stayed thereafter. I was working from "home" and the wifi and other day-to-day amenities were just as strong as if I was in the office in a large North American city. During the quarantine period, communication with the host was seamless and she arranged for an initial grocery delivery and some other logistics. After the quarantine period, she assisted with a car rental and the condos are a great place for exploring the island. There is a beach just a 5 minute walk away, any many of the most beautiful beaches in the world a short drive away. Laundry facilities, a full kitchen, utensils, sheets, tons of towels, etc. made the stay seamless in all respects. Will definitely be back in the near future!

We had a great stay at Alcide's apartment. Very spacious place with GREAT balcony and amenities. Next time in Anguilla we certainly will book this apartment again. Alcide is a great host: very pro-active communication and emphatic. Many thanks for staying!

Tranquility
Our vacation was fabulous...this condo is a short drive from everything we needed. It was clean and had almost everything we required for our stay.
The owner was always only an email away if we needed anything and always answered promptly and kindly.
Tranquility is what we experienced.. almost no noise. We barely heard anyone else as there were no noisy guests which made our nights so peaceful. What we did hear were the waves on the ocean and an occasional rooster in the morning.
The views from each balcony and window were spectacular and we will definitely be renting here again for our next vacations. We have decided this will be our go to vacation. And we reccomend Fruity Web for smoothies!

Quiet corner of the island
Spacious two bedroom apartment with a balcony and a rooftop patio. We have really enjoyed views from the roof and a steady breeze. The apartment is well equipped and is located in a secluded compound. Sandy Hill beach is a short 5 min walk.

Beautiful apartment!
We loved our stay at Sandy Hill! The apartment was cozy and comfortable for our family of four. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We only stayed one night, and didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked for being able to cook meals. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was just a short 5 minute walk. The pictures really don't do it justice, this was one of my favorite rentals ever! My only regret is we couldn't stay longer. But we will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful location.
This property is exactly how it is advertised. The apartment was spacious and the decks were a great place to enjoy shade or sun. Wifi worked very well. A secluded beach is only a short walk away. Anguilla has the best beaches I have ever seen and we had a great time exploring as many as we could in the week we were there.

The apartment was ideal for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. Alcide and Angie were both very helpful and always available. Since it is on the upper level, the views and the breezes are amazing! We couldn’t believe the value once we saw how much indoor and outdoor space we had. Even better than the pictures. We had never been to Anguilla before, so we didn’t know what to expect. We already want to plan a return trip, and we will absolutely stay at Alcide’s place again.

Amazing!
In the end I unfortunately could not personally make the trip, but all of the others were able to. Alcides apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Check in was seamless. We arrived later than planned we were greeted by a neighbor who lived at the end of the driveway. She gave us a full tour of the apartment, beach, and grounds. It looks the apartments are Mediterranean villas transported to the Caribbean. The condos are secluded at the end of a long dirt path that leads to a breathtaking view of the water with rock sculptures and a private white sand beach with a mini coral reef. Crystal clear waters, and no one else around. The apartment was spacious for the four of us, and both bedrooms were equal size and their own bathroom. All very clean. The master has a private balcony separate from the one attached to the kitchen were we had our coffee, mimosas, and breakfast each morning. Both the balcony and roof deck are overwhelmingly beautiful and all you can hear are the ocean waves and breeze. We spent each morning and evening outside. In the evening took blankets up to watch the stars. Incredible!! Sleeping in this apartment with the windows and doors open (with screens) is the most peaceful experience as you hear the waves all night long and the cross breeze is AMAZING. No need for AC or the ceiling fans. It was really hard to leave, in fact we almost extended a couple extra nights but ended up heading to check out St. maarten instead. Will definitely be back for an extended stay!!!!

Perfect Stay For Us
My wife and I stayed one week with our 24 year old son. The unit was just as advertised and perfect for us. Angie and Alcide were very helpful and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was OK. The covered balcony had great views for our morning coffee. We thought we would use the rooftop deck more but it was too windy so we did not use it much. The beach is an easy short walk and anytime we used the pool we were the only ones there. There are only 25 units in the complex and at most only half were occupied so the place is very quiet. The unit itself was nice and clean and came with enough towels so that we had no need to do laundry during the week. The kitchen was a small European style and certainly fine for breakfast but we would not want to cook there regularly. Since we were only there for a week and we did not get to all of the restaurants that we wanted as it was, this was not a problem for us.
We will definitely stay at Sandy Hill Club again.

If you’re looking for a simple, nicely decorated, clean place with views you won’t forget, this is the place for you. The owner, Alcide is responsive and made sure everything was acceptable. We would definitely stay again.

Terrific stay.
First, the island; I can understand people's concern about the state of the island post-hurricane. Don't be. Anguilla has made a remarkable recovery in a short time. Yes, there's still plenty of evidence of what happened last year, but everything you need to truly relax and enjoy yourself is there and ready.
Now, the property itself; Beautifully appointed, thoughtful layout, couldn't ask for better views from that rooftop patio! Made it a nightly ritual to gather up top. No A/C, but consistent ocean breezes made that a non-factor for us.
Everything we needed was either available or close by. For us, really just an idyllic spot in a wonderful country. Can't recommend it enough.

Sandy Hill was the perfect place for us! We loved the location and having access to the pool!
We loved the outdoor porches/ balconies and the rooftop patio! Perfect places for morning coffees!! Our two bedroom space had more than enough room. We met many friendly neighbors who also live in the complex...very friendly and helpful!! The Sandy Hill Beach is also a favorite of ours...quiet and like having your own private beach!!
The location on the east end is great...close to the Best Buy Market and many restaurants in Island Harbor.
We look forward to our next stay at Sandy Hill Club!!

Lovely flat near the sea
We stayed in this flat in early January. This was our second visit and we will certainly return. The apartment is basic but spacious and clean with lovely views from the decks. The kitchen has all the necessities. The Sandy Hill complex is quiet and people were very friendly. And there is a large salt water pool perfect for a morning swim.
The apartment is on the east side of the island which is more residential but still has plenty of good restaurants. Shoal Bay is about a 10 minute drive away.
The owners of the flat are responsive and accommodating.
We really enjoyed our time on Anguilla and our stay in this flat!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Hill. We fell in love with the amazing views and the ocean breeze. This condo was the best for rest and relaxation. We got the best sleep ever in this condo because the ocean breeze - no need for a/c. There is an amazing salt water pool that was not in use during our stay. There were a few minor issues and we did not have WiFi during our stay. Despite these challenges, we would definitely recommend staying here. Alcide is a wonderful host!! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great apartment with a beautiful view
We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in May and we loved it. The place is nicely decorated and it's equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay including beach towels and an umbrella. The place is quite breezy and it has insect screens in the windows so you don't have to worry about mosquitos. The balcony was perfect for a breakfast with a view but our favourite was the roof terrace in the evenings.

A breath of fresh air!
We arrived taking a private road leading to the club. The property itself is located on the ocean and close to the beautiful Sandy Hill Bay. What we immediately noticed is that it's very quiet and welcoming. When we first entered the apartment we were taken by the amazing view you have from the balcony and you can imagine our surprise when we climbed up on the rooftop to enjoy the great sundeck. The view spans all over the ocean and 360 on the island.
The apartment is really well equipped for families, group of friends or couples (like us) who want to take a break and enjoy a little the Caribbean mojo. We stayed in the main bedroom, very large and comfortable. The nights are really quiet and fresh, being the apartment at the top floor it always gets breeze from the Ocean. The property is on the upper part of the island so you are in a short distance of Island Harbor (a fisherman's village) and Shoal Bay (very nice beach). I would say that, overall, we had a really positive experience. Reccomended.

Great getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay there! The property is spacious, comfortable and fresh! The view from the terrace and sundeck is spectacular and the main bedroom also has a private balcony which comes handy when you come with friends of family! Perfect for sipping wine at the sunset, you can really feel the Caribbean spiriti! It's really quiet, the access is via a private road that also leads to Sandy Hill Bay, where we had a lot of snorkeling! The owner was really nice and available

Very comfortable
This condo at Sandy Hill Club was very nice. Top floor location with a roof top deck..panoramic views of the water, and a path to the beach lined with rock sculptures. We had a great breeze the entire time we were there, but I imagine the unit is hot when there is no breeze. Kitchen is small - no kettle so we had to boil water for tea in a saucepan. The big drawback of this condo is the road in to the complex....terrible condition - we got a flat tire on the rental car. It was a challenge every day.
