Property was literally just a roof over our head. Dishwasher didn't work. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Toilet is not properly bolted and shower doesn't drain. I contacted support multiple times but they didn't seem too interested I'm fixing any of the issues.

Literally felt like a home away from home, very comfortable! Beautiful views, only a walk away from the beach, super relaxing pool and hot tub, great amenities, easy to check in and out. We loved staying and will definitely be returning and bringing our kiddos because we know they would love and appreciate it as much as we did!

The condo was super cute, clean with lots of towels. Plus everything needed to have a great stay close to the beach. The Vacasa staff, very responsive and helpful; great customer service!

We came for the 4th of July, and spent 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances in the pantry. Outside also had amenities. A pool, a wash station for vehicles, fishing pier and situated near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We went to the LEXINGTON, Port Aransas Beach and Cinnamon Shores.
Normally, we stay in Port Aransas, but couldn't find a reasonably priced place to stay. This location might have changed our mind about where to stay.

Love vacationing at NPI and staying at the Beach Club makes it even better! Less than a two minute walk to the beach and this unit was super clean, was located on the third floor so the views were nice too.

Location is perfect. Together with all amenities working - it is a good place to stay. It is clean to the extent places are called clean in Texas. Many things are old and you are surprised how they are holding together - but they are) Some light bulbs not working, as usual. Smoke detector was off the ceiling in the bedroom. No shampoo or even hand soap. The previous detailed review mostly captures everything, and things are the same. I've listened to the advise of this wise person and brought additional mattress for my son who was sleeping on the couch.

We had a good time. There are a few things that we were unhappy with. There was no blow dryer in the appartment. The furniture looked like it was from a garage sale as none of it matched! The same with the kitchen and the dishes and pans.
We did enjoy our stay but we were disiponited in the way this unit was put together.

Super cute little condo! Loved the decore, very nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. The building however is showing some wear n tear! The hallways outside were dirty and the ceiling had fallen down, and the balcony railing is super unstable. Lovely view and great pool area. Pet friendly was also a huge plus! Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was nicely decorated and has an amazing view of both the little pond and the ocean at a distance. You cannot see either when sitting in the chairs provided (nice chairs btw), and I wouldn’t lean on the banister since the wood is split —- but this is still a great feature that wasn’t advertised as well as it could have been.
Definitely read the directions for the AC. The last thing you want on a 3rd floor condo is a frozen unit. It would be sweltering! Luckily we read the directions and had no troubles. But the AC repair person was there twice for other renters.
Both doors leading out if the condo were very difficult to close. Having grown up in CC, I can tell you that this is more than a salty-air swelling of doors. Someone needs to look into this. The door to the balcony seems to be broken.
The kitchen has pans, utensils, wares. There are two coffee makers and a toaster. Know that there are no condiments at all - no salt, pepper, oil. This is fine because I probably wouldn’t use something strangers had access to and always travel with my own. Some people don’t, so if you don’t but plan to cook, you will need to bring these things.
Washer and dryer, though very loud, worked and are such a great feature. They provide laundry pods, so that was nice also.
We did have to buy and change batteries in the smoke detector, which went off thankfully during the day and not in the middle of the night. There was no step ladder, so this was a bit of a challenge. The peephole is very high, so this would be another good reason for a step ladder. Maybe leave extra batteries for these emergencies. We could have called but seriously could not find a number to call. Vacasa is not at all forthcoming with this.
The “rain” shower head has not been cleaned in a long time such that it shot water off in different directions except to the body. I cleaned that also so that it would function. Someone needs to trade out the shower liner though — red and black mildew/mold on it.
There was no hair dryer as noted, but luckily we took our own. No first aid kit either, but again — I travel with my own.
The mattress on the pull-out sofa is very thin. Maybe small children could sleep on it but not anyone that cares about comfort. Luckily we travel with an air mattress and the sheets/blankets for it. Highly suggested.
The sheets on the master bed were dirty and very uncomfortable. I bought some while there so I could sleep. The bed needs to be on a rug. I am one fairly small person and the only one to have slept in the bed, and it rolled a lot while I was sleeping. I can only imagine how loud this was for the poor downstairs neighbors. If you are picky about sheets and don’t like a very itchy thread count, bring your own. The bed itself was comfortable.
The check-out process was not good: Vacasa needs to work on this. This is the first time we have used Vacasa. They are great on the front-end but lacking once you arrive and even more so upon check-out.

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and whoever stocked the kitchen with cookware did a good job. There are some renovations going on in the hallways/stairwells. It was very moldy and it did smell a little. I have bad allergies. It wasn't enough to bother my allergies but it bothered my boyfriend. There was not a hairdryer and some things need some maintenance. The toilet kept running and was wobbling. We were able to fix the water running but the insides really need to be replaced and it needs a new wax ring. Overall, it was a nice stay for the price.

This is a great location. Close to the beach, easy to get to, and clean. There are several minor to medium issues that need attention and I think fixable. If they were fixed this would be a 4.5 star stay overall. Porch door won’t close properly, blinds covering the main room window are broken, porch railing stanchion is split about halfway down exposing all the bolts. Water leak appearing on the floor to the right of the clothes dryer, bed not triple sheeted as stated in listing, smell of mildew/standing water throughout, cutlery drawer will not open without forcing.

Once we arrived we found a few things that was broke. The pull out bed was broke, so the couch was not usable and the pantry door was loose. These are simple fixes but wasn't fixed at that time. Other than the broken things we found the location and the actual apartment was overall good. The outside door to the patio sticks alot so you have to shut kind of harder for it to close.

After bothering the HOA secretary we got the phone contact for help. We had tried the 1 800 but it was no help at all. At the end they did give us a small refund.

The only complaint I have is wanted to go to the pool the gate that is in view was broken and didn't see the sign that told you where to go so asked the lady in the office she was very rude to me for not seeing the sign so part my fault but no reason to be so rude

Would Stay Again
This property was in a great location, was clean, & was priced well. The only issue we had was the manager of the condos chose to close the pool an hour early; so we didn’t get to enjoy it during the time we had wanted. I spoke to a rep & she kindly gave us a partial refund to make up for it. I would stay here again! :)

The only complaint I have is wanted to go to the pool the gate that is in view was broken and didn't see the sign that told you where to go so asked the lady in the office she was very rude to me for not seeing the sign so part my fault but no reason to be so rude

Apt was dated, ceilings sagging, front door didn’t stay closed, balcony railing broken and dangerous, booking.com pictures of property were not the same. So we walked into something that was not expected. The only good thing about this property was the close proximity to the beach.
