Location

It as dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Heat didn’t work and Vacasa did not fully rectify. It was negative temps and we did not have heat. Took 22 hours for them to bring us space heaters.

The property was very outdated, but that was expected from the photos. Unfortunately, we had issues getting into the property requiring us to book a hotel. We have yet to be refunded for that extra cost. There was also several things that were broken in the condo that need to be repaired.

Location from slopes and the floor we were on were convenient, layout of condo was nice and it was roomy, the view was spectacular!

The quality of some of the items was poor or not working. The coffee pot did not work, half of the stove (2 burners) worked and the burners need cleaned or replaced! The microwave was also struggling! The beds/mattresses were of poor quality! The carpet in the bathrooms especially in front of tubs/showers was inconvenient! The shower in large bedroom dripped. One of doors in closet of condo entrance was broke.

The coffee maker has been broken since March. Its still broke today in july.
