Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was not an all-inclusive customer but opted to purchase the buffet for one night. The dinner was great but was disappointed that soft-drinks or water were not included. The walk to the beach, a little more than across the street is a little far.

Service perfekt, sehr freundlich. Essen ist sehr gut, insgesamt alles sehr entspannt. Pool sehr sauber, immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden!

Das a la carte Restaurant ist nicht gut und bietet vergleichbare Speisen wie beim Buffet, das macht keinen Sinn! Fitnessstudio ist für so ein Hotel zu klein

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war sehr laut. Die Flure nicht klimatisiert. Das Bett war der Seite zum Bad sehr durchgelegen und die durchgehende Matratze störte.

The fact that the bathroom is open plan to the room, how expensive the buffet is if you’re not on an all-inclusive package (€47 each without alcohol!), the quality of the cocktails served (very little alcohol), the fact that the only area in the hotel that has air con are the rooms, the TVs were like something from the 80s (no WiFi, Netflix etc). No kettle in the room - you have to walk to the end of your corridor to use a water dispenser. The hotel in general is in desperate need of a facelift. It definitely cannot be categorised as a five star hotel (dated carpets, lobby cushions etc). I would say it is closer to a three-star. Apparently to get access to the spa area you have to pay €25/hour. This in normal 5 star hotels would be free. The quality of the food at the pool bar was shockingly bad and expensive. The waiters were not attentive. In the evenings, the lobby bar only had mixed nuts to offer along with the drinks. Finally, the staff uniforms looked cheap.
