Cabin in the Pines, kunstvoll renoviert - tolle Aussicht - malerische grüne Mtn Falls

Fantastic property with an even more fantastic property owner, Lisa. I'm not sure what we enjoyed more, the homemade apple pie and ice cream waiting for us, the well stocked and "not much needed" vacation home, or the attention to detail from Lisa who ensures your stay is one to remember.

Lisa is the best host you will ever have! The cabin is stunning with everything you need and then some. Cleanliness is tip top! We stayed over Christmas and Lisa had the cabin decorated for Christmas with a tree and all. She had special surprises for my kiddos to have fun over the holiday. The location is beautiful in the mountains and convenient to restaurants and stores. This is the best stay ever! This is not your typical short term rental stay in the least. Highly recommend!! You will be so glad you stayed.

Our stay was extraordinary! From the well stocked kitchen and bathroom to the small herd of deer roaming the neighborhood, it was wonderful.

Wow!! From the fabulous Mountain View’s to the best stocked Vrbo property we have ever found, to the backyard full of deer, to the best host anyone could ever ask for, this rental had it all. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her guest not only have a beautiful view but has designed this rustic but charming cabin with all the little extras anyone could possibly think of. She even provides her guest with a delicious homemade apple pie! When we got snowed in unexpectedly, she even brought us food so we didn’t have to get out on the bad roads. If you are looking for a top notch vacation rental, look no further! This is one vacation property you don’t want to miss!!

Very nice cabin with great views of the mountain side. Deer in the yard daily a small bonus. And a double bonus for the fresh pie.

There is a reason this place has such good reviews! It was the perfect getaway for our vacation! It way exceeded our expectations and we absolutely did not want to leave. Not only is the place great, Lisa, the host is one of the sweetest people I have met, making our stay even more enjoyable! We will be going back for a repeat visit!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Cabin in the Pines for our Anniversary. Lisa was an amazing host. Fresh homemade apple pie waiting on the countertop for us, then fresh peaches delivered shortly after our arrival. The cabin has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The cabin is perfectly nestled in the mountains with views that will take your breath away. Sit on the deck and take in the views, or walk a few blocks to the trailhead behind and explore them on foot. The quaint town is very peaceful and friendly with a nice diner for breakfast and lunch. Exactly what we needed to recharge and reset from our busy lifestyle. Lisa's hospitality and beautiful cabin make this place a must stay.

Beautiful, remodeled cabin with all the amenities. Lisa truly thought of everything a guest could need. Wonderful views from the front porch, fully stocked kitchen, and even an apple pie waiting for us at check in (my wife's favorite!). Best VRBO we've ever stayed at. We'll be back!

Home away from home with everything you need without the stress. Bring a good book, mountain air and relaxation is all anyone needs. Priceless stay. Lisa makes a mean apple pie also! So yummy

We decided to vacation in Colorado to get away from the 100+ temps in Texas, and we found the perfect place. The temps were very comfortable, we spent every night of our stay out on the front deck enjoying the stars and each other. From the front deck you are looking at the south peak of Pike's Peak, which is beautiful to see. The cabin is close enough to Colorado Springs, Woodland Springs, and Manitou Springs that you can easily get to attractions, museums, and restaurants. The cabin is well-equipped, comfortable, and charming. Lisa is a fantastic host, easy to contact, and more than willing to answer any questions about the area. We are looking forward to renting this cabin again in the future!

This cabin was the best VRBO we have stayed. We took our kids on their first Colorado vacation. The cabin was so clean and beautiful. We loved seeing the wildlife in the backyard. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin and hope to return. In addition to the baked goods mentioned in the other reviews, we particularly enjoyed wathing the short storms that appeared every day at 4pm and the daily deer in the back yard.

We are from west Texas, and needed a summer escape from the heat. This little place was perfect. Tucked away in the trees - we kept the windows open all week and let the mountain breeze blow through the house. Lisa was amazing! There was a homemade apple pie waiting on us when we got there and she even brought over chocolate cupcakes later in the week. This cabin is beautifully renovated and felt cozy and updated at the same time. Very clean and great attention to detail. We loved it - will tell our friends about it - and plan to come back and stay there again!! Thanks Lisa

Our weeklong stay at Cabin in the Pines was truly a wonderful experience. Lisa, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated and the view of the mountains was amazing. Lisa had an apple pie (and ice cream in freezer) waiting for us when we arrived. Later in the week she brought over hand pies and chicken chili…all absolutely delicious! She also provided us with ideas of attractions and restaurants to visit which was so helpful. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

My family had an amazing time at Lisa’s cabin. We had everything we could have possibly need or anything we may have forgotten to bring. The quality of the craftsmanship that was used when the cabin was renovated is impeccable. We would definitely come
back to the cabin in the pines and green mountain falls.

If you are considering booking Cabin in the Pines you should look no further. This was the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in! It is so clean, cozy, well-supplied, with beautiful scenery and wildlife, close to nature, but also nearby cities and towns. Lisa was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We could tell right away that she loves her cabin and her community. Her homemade pie was delicious and a wonderful surprise! Next time we are in the area we will be sure to stay here again.

Wonderfully beyond our expectations!
Lisa the owner/hostess, certainly has her Master’s Degree in hospitality.
Impeccable organization with over stocked accoutrements, making it totally feel like I was at my own home.
The cabin was fresh spotless-clean, and cozy. The quiet respite was greatly appreciated, after a long day of activities. The whispering pines when the wind was blowing, provided relaxing music on the porch with a can of hard-seltzer:)
Good restaurants nearby.

We loved everything about this cabin including our host, Lisa! There is so much to do in the area, the scenery was phenomenal, and the cabin was the perfect place to rest and relax after our adventures! Our host was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had! She had a sweet note for our anniversary on a cute chalkboard with a delicious homemade apple pie and even had ice cream in the freezer ready for us upon arrival! One day it snowed and she brought us chicken chili and scrumptious chocolate cookies! We really felt at home in this cozy cabin! We admired all the craftsmanship that went into this special home! We loved it & can’t wait to return!

This is a charming cabin for a small family like ours. We loved the natural wood all throughout the structure and furnishings. The cabin perfectly blends with its picturesque surroundings. Cabin in the Woods was a wonderful addition to our Colorado vacation and the host added many small conveniences that made traveling with kids easier. We highly recommend.

We had such a fantastic time staying at Lisa’s cabin. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to see in the Colorado Springs area. We loved watching the sunrise colors between mountain peaks every morning from our bedroom window. We arrived to a delicious fresh-baked pie, and Lisa kindly brought a high seat and a pack-and-play for our young child. And while she checked In to see if we needed anything, the place already had everything in it we could ever think to need! I’ve been in some lovely rentals but this one really has been the best. I can’t recommend Cabin in the Pines highly enough!

Lisa is so kind and has put such care into the cabin. Nothing felt worn or more used in the year since we last visited - everything is pristine and homey. The view cannot be beat. We’re so thankful to Lisa and expect this trip to continue to be a family tradition!

This property is amazing!! Every detail is on point. Everything we needed and more. Lisa has thought of everything and then some. Her kitchen was better stocked than mine..lol
She was quick to answer any email and question about the property. The property is just a quick drive to any destination. We were in town to see my son stationed at Fort Carson and the drive to him and to things to do was an easy drive and beautiful as well. Highly recommend this property!! Loved being off the beaten path and waking up to mountains every morning! Bonus.. we got to see it snow one night!!

My husband and I decided to book this cabin right after our wedding in Estes Park. After such a busy week, it was so nice to spend a few days tucked away in the mountains. The views were incredible, the town was adorable, and the cabin was so cozy we didn’t want to leave! Lisa is a wonderful host and I hope we get to visit her little cabin in the pines again!

This is a wonderful property! I can’t say enough good things about the property and the hostess! Absolutely over the top. The warm apple pie upon our arrival and then the peach rhubarb turnovers when we were getting ready to leave were to die for! The view from the front deck was amazing. We would definitely go back again and again. The cleanliness of the cabin and the total attention to detail were the best we have seen in a rental.

Lisa is the best! So thoughtful in every way.

The host is so accommodating and helpful. She provided information for places to see, instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo, apple pie & ice cream, warm biscuits & jam the first morning we were there, and cookies for the road when we left. She is so sweet and helpful.
The cabin is beautiful, newly remodeled, and clean. It has all the comforts of home! It is centrally located for visiting the many sights of the area (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Colorado Springs). We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful garden and watching deer before we would head out sightseeing for the day.

This property is more like Lisa's (owner) personal home than a rental property. The remodling craftsmanship is excellent. The decorating and appointments beautiful and tasteful. The cabin is stocked beyond anything I've seen in a rental property from kitchen to bathroom to household products to activity supplies, everything is provided; including an incredible homemade apple pie and ice cream waiting for us on the beautiful soap stone counter. Exfinity TV, great WiFi, games, books, gas grill, Kureg, waffle maker, blender, toaster, the list goes on. Comfy king bed with nice sheets and good towels. Beautiful view of mountains in the morning out the master bedroom window and the stars above the master bed through the skylight. The grounds are lovingly cared for. Lisa is a lovingly wonderful person who wants the stay to be 100%. There must be something in the water as we also met Jennifer next door and thoroughly enjoyed conversation with her. The only downside is that we didn't want to leave. So, we tried to get an extra night, at the last minute, but she was already booked up. Which is no surprise. Do yourself a favor and book a day or two more than you originally planned. We can't wait to go back sometime and maybe have coffee or a glass of wine on the deck or back patio with Lisa and the next door neighbor, Jennifer. Well done Lisa and congratulations on the best VRBO I've ever rented. Thank you.

This cabin is remarkable! Lisa the owner is a joy to work with. She brought us a home baked apple pie to welcome us. The cabin has been renovated and is just beautiful. Lisa has thought of absolutely everything that you might need or forgot to bring on your trip. She has beautiful dishes and cookware, spices, condiments, etc. My husband and I loved this cabin and this area. We took a trip down memory lane and did things we had done as children. This cabin was in the perfect location to do all the touristy things, yet is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. We will definitely be back and will stay in The Cabin in the Pines for sure!!

Perfect cabin in the woods
Our stay at Cabin in the Pines was perfect. The cabin is beautifully renovated and clean, with perfect amenities. The view is amazing (mountains out the window, watching clouds roll off the peaks every single morning), location is convenient, all settled in a cute little town steps away. Lisa was an amazing host, going above and beyond our expectations. I felt like she truly cared about every aspect of our experience. She gave us the space that we needed, though was always available if we needed it. I felt like we were staying with family. We had a very active vacation, and this cabin was the perfect beginning and end of our busy days. Very highly recommend, though don’t reserve it for the weeks we hope to return in the future ;)

Best Family Vacation
We had a fantastic time at the cozy Cabin in the Pines. It was the perfect escape for our family of four. We saw deer every day, hiked, enjoyed peaceful evening thunderstorms, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful cabin. There was perfect attention to detail. Everything we needed during our stay was there, and the pie that was waiting upon our arrival was delicious. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
