This home is next to construction and two doors down from a retail parking lot. The main bedroom has a worn and uncomfortable mattress. The 3rd floor queen room has a small queen with a full size mattress on the top of it. You must jam the small “queen” over and push the full mattress on the floor in the closet space making moving in the room impossible. The floors had sand and were dirty when wiped with a paper towel. Each person had 1 bath towel which seemed too minimal. Just before check in, you get a lengthy list of rules and warnings for fees which doesn’t exactly say, welcome and thank you for choosing this property. We felt for the fees charged it could have been much more welcoming and comfortable. From the outside the home is pretty and has a nice sitting area with fire pit and grill.

We were taking a trip with our family for our son's high school graduation, the house was so cute online, and was overall good, but the rooms were so tiny and it advertised that it slept 10 people but our adult children were pretty squished and the ten meant a mattress on the floor. There was one tiny bathroom linking the two rooms with queen beds. We were so squished! For the money I have stayed in nicer, larger homes. We didn't have space to put luggage but we made it work. The area is nice but was very noisy at night, loud music and cars coming and going at late hours, we couldn't sleep with the windows cracked it was too noisy. I will do more research before booking my next house. The pictures online made the house and rooms look much larger than they really were. Overall the home was cute just not what we have been use to and we like to travel a lot together.

The location for this property is very convenient. Located a short walk from shops, restaurants and grocery stores , we were abvle to access everything easily.
The place was very clean and spacious and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions.
I would recommend Acacia for sure.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. There was a cost for an extra guest that we were unsuccessful in getting refunded for, even though we were under the limit of guests allowed for the property.

This home was perfect for our annual girlfriend's get together. Beautiful home that had more than enough space for all of us to have our own bedrooms and places to gather together inside and outside. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and down to the beach.

Great location and the house was amazing! The people that manage it are also so nice and helpful! Loved the house. Perfect house for a family! A lot of homes in Newport you feel crammed in and this on you didn’t with the fourth bedroom being on the top floor it was perfect!

Chloe and her team were amazing, Prompt attention and response when we had questions or needed anything. The property is fantastic. Great location. Very short walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shopping in CDM.

the gas grill doesn't heat up to more than 225 degrees and doesn't seem to have much adjustment to it.
There were no spare kitchen garbage bags
They were late getting us the door code.

Sweet candy store for the kids, and Foretti’s (name changed from Pirozzi) for dinner. Complaints include the television in the bedrooms (sensor for the remote did not work and many remotes were missing batteries), the beds in a couple of the bedrooms (the slats in the frame were not placed appropriately and the mattress fell through to the floor in the first night), and there was a live scorpion in one of the drawers in the master bathroom (tremendous fear of spiders, etc).
Overall we had a very nice time and I would absolutely recommend a stay in Corona Del Mar for a family vacation!

Perfect family vacation
Great location. Plenty of room for whole family with lots of privacy between rooms. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood ...the front fire pit with wine at night and coffee in morning was great hangout.

Upon arrival we were greeted with an infestation of termites INSIDE the house. No Joke...Literally thousands of termites in the house. The house was NOT clean...Floors were filthy, linens were stained, counters dirty, couch cushions and patio furniture cushions were awful...Stained with God knows what!! The location was advertised as amazing retreat...But you were literally right off Highway 1 with traffic noise and bar/restaurant traffic. One of our cars was stolen from right out front. Overall it was the worst 9 nights I have ever had to OVERPAY for with little to no care from owners. I paid almost 8 thousand and they gave me 800 dollars off for all the trouble. Total joke. DO NOT RENT THIS DUMP...ITS A MASSIVE RIP OFF!!!!

Gorgeous home
This gorgeous home was spectacular for our spring break.
Parking was a bit tricky, but the kitchen was well appointed and beds very comfortable.
Loved the fireplaces in the bedroom and living room as it was very chilly in March.

Amazing rental!
We had a great stay at this property in a Corona Del Mar. Beautifully renevated home near the water - perfect for a large group to or family to rent. Very close to fashion island and numerous dining options. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils if you plan to cook. Billy was very responsive and helpful and I could not recommend this house more! We will be back another time.

Very nice house
We really enjoyed our stay. A few minor issues (toilet didn’t flush, etc) that were resolved during our stay. We didn’t find it as clean as we hoped it would be so we had to do some cleaning ourself but would return as it is a great property in a great location

This was a great villa. Suited our family well as there were plenty of bedrooms. The villa was clean, modern and in a great location. The facilities were just like home and we had everything we needed. Most things were within walking distance if you didn't have a car. We had one small hiccup, but Billy sorted it out very quickly. Highly recommend.
