the property itself was fine however the tower block it was in needs work the views were amazing

the last 3 days work commenced on a property above us there was a lot of noise

This was self catering so no breakfast involved. The location in relation to Alvor Beach, and other beaches, is second to none. Equally you can walk into town in 10 minutes either via the boardwalk to the riverside or on the roads and into the town centre.

I love the location. It’s near the beach and restaurants. Also, it’s very clean and the owner is really nice.

the lift was old and the building

Fantastic location. Great proximity to beach and local restaurants. Wonderful view of the ocean and river. Perfect open spaces for walking our dogs. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Attentive owner who maintained good contact.

Excellent location, so close to the beach and downtown Alvor. Very well equipped, clean and the owner (Alexandra) is responding super fast and in a very professional manner. It won't be the last time forus in this wonderful appartment.

location- right next to the beach, 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean.

everything else unfortunately! cleanliness of the building was poor giving it a council estate feel and look from both exterior and interior of the building. No pictures of the building on booking.com which I can understand why, not pleasant on the eye.

Very comfortable studio. Nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and good sized balcony with views to the sea. Really nice treats provided , savoury and sweet biscuits that were delicious - thank you.

A little tricky to find in the dark There is an imposing tower block within the sea view Wasn’t aware it was a tower block with 12 floors - studio was on the 6th.
