Our family spent a week at Richard’s property and couldn’t have been more impressed. The location is ideal—steps from a private beach, a quick walk to local restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to Orlando’s top attractions. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and ideally suited for both relaxing and exploring the area.Highlights:The Home:Exceptionally clean and comfortable throughoutSpacious bedrooms with ample storageFully stocked kitchen—everything you need to prepare mealsScreened-in heated pool that was a daily favorite, especially for the kidsThe Location:Private beach just across the street—great for relaxing and even watching rocket launchesConvenient access to dining, bars, and a grocery storeIce cream shop next door was a hit with the kidsEasy drives into Orlando for day trips, while still enjoying a quieter, local vibe at nightRichard was responsive and helpful throughout our trip, making it smooth from start to finish. It was one of the best vacation experiences we've had, and we highly recommend it.

Older property but very well maintained and clean. Pool was a great bonus as well as the location to the beaches

A larger group of my extended family stayed at this beach house to catch up and enjoy the beach. The location is the best thing about the house. It's across the road from beach access. It is also a short walk to a sports bar. The heated pool is nice. Nicely furnished. Comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

In booking, we overlooked there’s a full time tenant upstairs. The owner assured us we’d have no contact. Unfortunately, we did, and it was not pleasant.
