Went for Biketoberfest. Place was perfect 15 minute's from Destination Daytona, 30 minutes from Main Street in Daytona Beach. Right next to interstate 95. Nice quite neighborhood. House is nice size nothing to fancy but everything you need and price is incredible. Nice fenced in back yard for pets and garage access is included. Property manger is great to work with. Has calf king bed which is really nice

We came into town for a short trip and the accommodations and communication from the property manager were wonderful. Would recommend this property. Everything you need is provided and the neighborhood is quiet.

Our visit here was great! The home was clean and had ample space for us. The back yard is a great size! Kim was great at communicating and was there for us in a bind when we locked ourselves out (and didn’t realize until after 11pm after our daughter’s wedding). Thank you so much!

Everything was great!! Kim ,the host was always great with communication from the start with our reservation and with questions we had throughout our stay. Great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful , but conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and beach. Two King size beds, comfy living furniture. Equipped kitchen . Fenced in back yard for our dogs.We will look at this location for future bookings😊

This was the perfect home for us. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Plenty of room and privacy for whole family. Spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and highways.I truly can’t say enough about how grateful we were to find this gem!! We will definitely be back.

Perfect for my family. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space and everything we nees for the week. Was located in the perfect spot for all we wanted to do. Kim was amazing, and communicated extremely well throughout our stay. Would recommend 100%

Kim, was wonderful , she was helpful with providing all the information we needed for our stay. The house was very clean. The yard was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the tall pines that framed the neighborhood.
Our only suggestion would be maybe a little more kitchen utensils.
Kim also provided all the basic paper goods.
We really enjoyed the rental and we would rent this property again.

We enjoyed the large bedrooms, including roomy beds, and the fenced in back yard.
It was fun to explore the upscale subdivision. There were several impressive amenities, such as a large washer and dryer, a pool table in the clean two-car garage, and many fun toys for children.

House was super clean, well stocked with everything you need, and in a great quiet neighborhood. Location is close to beaches, stores, restaurants...everything is close. Host Kim was superb in communicating with us, and answering any questions and addressing our needs. Nice sized fenced yard for the dogs too..they enjoyed their stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. The furniture was comfortable and great for relaxing.It was a quick ride to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. There is also a charcoal grill outside if you want to stay home and barbecue. We would definitely stay here again

First of all, Kim was excellent with communication and meeting our needs! Property was as advertised! Property worked well as a home base for all the places we wanted to visit. We will never stay in a hotel again! Our 2 adult kids, and our dog Sam, enjoyed this place! Would book again! Thank you Kim!

Wonderful visit! Kim was very helpful with any questions we had. We came for Biketoberfest and it was in a great location even had a closed in garage to park our bikes.

Like the property. The close proximity to nearby beaches was great. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the decor was all over the place but that os minor. Only two gigs are the low flow shower nozzle in the master bath and the tub in the spare bath seemed undeveloped to stand in. The game room and pool supplies in the garage were awesome. Thank you. Will comeback.

We have never visited Florida before and came to stay as a way to visit other family while in Florida. The host was so accommodating and we were able to check in a little earlier which was nice. House had a great split floor plan and the beds were comfortable. Great family neighborhood. We brought our dog and 2 smaller children and walked the neighborhood several times meeting and greeting others walking their dogs. Area was great to shopping and any necessities that you may need. Would stay again.

Nice house close to everything
The house was only a short drive to Flagler beach. Great fenced-in yard for the dogs. Perfect size house for my husband and two teenage children to have space to relax in between our outings.
