The room was clean and well equipped, free parking. The outdoor area is well-maintained including garden and pool. Pictures are realistic.

15 minutes walk from Virpazar, where parking is a challenge. The in-facility food options are pricy compared to the town restaurants. We were off-season so restaurant options were quite limited and also closed relatively early.

We’re a couple in early 50s on a road trip around Montenegro for 3 weeks. This has been one of our favourite stays - lovely location, Villa had good bathroom, bedroom, lounge and kitchenette with a fridge for food/beers. Very clean. Pool out front of Villa great. Hosts were brilliant including the wine tasting which was fun. We ordered dinner and breakfast there. Had thought from reviews there was no real choice of food but actually they have quite a neat little menu with cheese boards, hot fish dinners, chicken fillet, vegetarian options. Dinner was lovely. Biggest regret was only staying one night - definite mistake on our part - recommend 2 nights minimum

Nothing really. I think the breakfast might be on the expensive side by the time you’ve had some food, a juice and coffee but it’s a minor point and I accept the location is somewhat isolated.

The property is very nice, pool in front of the door. 15-20 minute walk to Virpazar and the boats. The owners are friendly, serve a nice breakfast and a very good diner. And you can do a nice wine tasting. What do you need more to have a good holiday feeling?

Nothing, everything was good and well organised

First of all we were excited about the wine tasting that we’ve seen good reviews about, which is totally surprising. The wine was the most disgusting liquid we ever tasted, especially the rosé, that tasted like pickle juice with alcohol. The apartment was private but there was a lot of cats and dogs coming to visit. The dogs looked homeless, we wanted to have a drink outside but the dog sat at our table, we kindly asked the host to bring the dog away since we assumed that it was the hosts dog, but their reply was to drive away with the dog to the village(?) After some time and another kind request to remove the dog, it disappeared, but I did not understand the first response. High-priced breakfast, should be included in the regular price which is already high. The kitchen is missing a trash bin. The TV starts, but has 0 channels. Netflix or other apps such as Youtube aren’t working since the TV is outdated. Not the best WiFi for staying away from any city.
