This rental worked great for a guys week long golf trip. We had everything we needed without issue. Rented the entire house so there was no confusion about using kitchen or leaving stuff on the counters as stated in the other reviews. Plenty of space with nice comfy beds in each of the 5 bedrooms. We did see the cameras in the common areas but they appeared to be turned off and pointed at the wall or ceiling. TV’s in every bedroom and in the living room although we rarely used them. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again if the option presents itself.

Overall, we has a great stay here.... but I am assuming that you have set this house up for individual room rentals and not whole house rental, which may be why you refer to kitchen and living areas as common areas. We rented the whole house. If you are going to rent the whole house, you need to provide for people to be able to use the whole house. There was an additional charge per person even though the house advertises it is for up to 10 people. I was a bit confused about the cameras inside in the living room and kitchen areas and not sure that is legal when renting the whole house. It was a bit creepy. We had 7 women who were walking around in undies and pj's so we ended up covering the cameras to make us feel better. Also confused that you show pictures of a laundry room with washer and dryer but that area was locked and said it had to be worked out in advance. Would have been nice to have been able to wash a few towels. Also, notes in kitchen stating no personal items or food could be left on counters and that we could use the microwave and to feel free to put a few things in the fridge. We had planned on preparing our meals here, note also says to cook a meal must be arranged prior to the stay. This is all very confusing. There are enough dishes, but I would recommend coffee cups. The 6 paper cups supplied were not adequate. Also, there are no items provided to use to cook anything in the oven, however there is a good supply of pots for stove top. The beds are very comfy for sleeping. TV in each bedroom, but no TV service, so you need to use netflix, hulu, etc. No TV in living area which would have been nice for us to hang out. We had to pile in one bedroom to watch a movie together together. The house is closer to a 30 minute drive to downtown. We drove back and forth to downtown 6 times and it was never shorter than 25 minutes, depending on time of day it even took us 45 minutes with traffic. Yes, I would stay here again if the house is set up to be used as a whole house. Thanks for everything!!
