Loved the wood fired bathtub!

I found the venue to surpass my expectations. We stayed in a hideout, and found it to be private, and exceptionally well put together. The tent has sides that can open, and essentially make you feel as if you're open to nature. The bed was really big, and we found enough plugs for all our electronics. The kitchen is not self-catering, but does have all the ammenities you'll need like a coffee station a sizable fridge. The toilet and shower were also in great condition. There was more than ample cupboard space. The outside has a lovely seating area with couch and table with chairs. There is also a wood-fired hot tub, fireplace, and outside seating. The views from the tent were amazing and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. There is a covered parking bay so the car was always safe from the elements. We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and accomodating. The food from the restaurant was really good, and that includes the reserved menu as well as the walk-in menu. We booked an afternoon game drive, and saw so many animals, and the sunset view with drinks and snacks was such a great way to end the day. We also used the e-bikes on a beginners route (15km) through the park, and had such a great time. This includes free water bottles. Overall, this was a memorable getaway. We stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend this venue. The sand roads getting to the venue are well maintained however note that you will travel about 5-7KM on sand roads. All communication happened over a monitored WhatsApp so we didn't have to go to the office every time we needed to confirm something.

There is very little to fault at this venue. Prices for the accomodation were fair, the restaurant food was really good, staff were friendly, and the accomodation was cleaned properly every day. We were also well informed on everything from the roads, how to navigate the property, open and close times, etc.
