Everything you need for a budget stay in Budapest. Close to tram and metro. Fridge and kettle in room.

Bed could be a little comfier. But was ok for a few nights.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the accommodation and were pleased to have good transport options. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. The room was of an acceptable size, the bathroom included a bath which was a bonus for us. Good shower and small fridge was useful. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. All that was needed as we were out most of the day sightseeing. A good find.

Whilst the accommodation assisted us with information on the public transport to take from the airport, they needed to give more detailed information as to the actual location of the accommodation from the station. They just stipulated that the hotel was 300m from the station but gave no further details so we were 2 ladies walking around searching for the right street late at night. Reception couldn't provide us with a map of the city which would have been useful for first timers. There were no leaflets or information on the main attractions to visit. Drinks tray not replenished as no housekeeping during stay but you could always ask at reception. Whilst breakfast was plentiful, it was the same most days and the "hot" options were lukewarm. All minor issues and would not stop me from staying here again.

Location and staff

The bed was comfortable, the reception staff kind and helpful. However the apricot jam was off. I mentioned it to the receptionist, hopefully they removed them from the breakfast table.

The bathroom would need a bit of renovation.
