Would be great if tea bags were provided, shower gel and spare towel (especially for a stay more than a few days). In one of the bedrooms you look directly into a neighbours bedroom, there is a blind though.

Nothing! This was the best property we have stayed in in Opatija

You can't be more downtown than at this location. The balcony had a view to the ocean (a little to the side). The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Our host was super friendly, helped with our luggage and even assisted us booking transportation. Top notch.

The building where the apartment located is in the best area of Opatia and we can't dream about better accommodation. Not to mention the host Milan went above and beyond to be helpful in anyway. Very spacious place with full kitchen. Beds and bedding very, very comfortable. Great balcony with side sea view. Outstanding value. Thank you Milan so, so much!

Everything was great, the location is excellent and the host are nice. Four adults stayed for a weekend. Two bedrooms kitchen and living room with a nice balcony. We enjoyed our stay! Restaurants, beaches, and promenades were all under our toes. Will visit again! Thx.

Location, big space, the terrace, facilities.

Steep narrow stairs without an elevator.

Very friendly owner, who is living next door and always available for questions, help, suggestions etc. The apartment is very clean and spacious enough for up to 4 persons. Beds are comfortable, bathroom as well. Right outside you will find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, beaches. And also the designated parking place is just around rhe corner.

It would have been nice to know before, that currently the ground and first floor are under reconstruction every day except Sunday between ca. 7:30 and ca. 17:00 We would have probably booked some other place, as we had a competition with lots of rehearsals in Opatija and a little rest during the day was what we were hoping for.

The host is very nice and friendly. Stay here just like at home with excellent facility and nice host. I like the terrance mostly. At the terrance, you can have breakfast, chat with friends, enjoy sea wind and so on.
