Great location, nice room and very good breakfast

Although booking.com suggested reception hours were from 1pm to around 8pm the property informed us that reception closed at 4pm the particular day we arrived which seemed unusual. Not a big deal as they gave detailed notes as to how to access the property and where to park but just added a little extra stress after a long drive

the breakfast had plenty of selection and the added cooked eggs was a nice touch. the rooms were very nice.

when we arrived there was no one to greet us only other guests that explained the parking, and we all waited together for some one to arrive. She was a bit confused but helpful to get us to our rooms. We did inform them of our arrival time?

The perfect location for a short stay in Epernay, just a few yards from the champagne houses. Very nice room, reasonable shower and great breakfast.

On a saturday check-in is not available between 3pm and 6pm which is very frustrating!

Needed more mirrors in the room, and ideally on-site parking.

The room was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. My request to add a bottle of champagne to the room after I proposed to my partner during the was done perfectly. The food and wine in the restaurant was exceptional and the kitchen was able to accommodate my partner's dietary requirements no problem. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay again!

We enjoyed the addition of cooked to order eggs to the traditional continental breakfast. Whether an omelet or a soft boiled egg, they were cooked perfectly.

The property couldn’t be more central, it is located on one end of Avenue de Champagne, very close to the centre, with bars, little supermarkets, shops and restaurants within walking distance and had parking facilities. It is one of those beautiful authentic buildings that have been nicely renovated and has its own restaurant and bar. The room was bright and spacious, we didn’t mind a bit of noise from the main road, bed was comfortable, nice bathroom with a bathtub. The biggest plus is that they are pet friendly, they even provided a bed, bowl and snack for our dog and the staff, particularly Jessica, was very kind and accommodating, also providing vegan options for the breakfast when we asked. The continental type of breakfast was very nice, with a variety of wonderful French bread. We would definitely return.

One of the main entrance doors making a very loud noise when shutting automatically - but this will be surely fixed.

It was a beautiful place giving that vintage feel but still keep the contemporary look. you could not ask for a better location. The breakfast was good. I would definitely come back and stay at this property.
