Very good location… bar, restaurants, attractions.

The bed we’re not functional - the big main bed in one room was broken- kind of dangerous- swinging. The bedding was a little dirty

this apartment was booked solely for the parking because it was advertised with free parking upon questioning this the owner admitted it was on street parking, yet said there was always loads of free spaces there was about 50 spaces and over 112 apartments on the street plus any one that came along, as it is within walking distance of the art and science museum and the oceanographic , we had to walk some distance with suitcases and one member of our party is very bad walker, and over the whole of our stay we did not see a free space apart from a disabled one. the disabled shower room flooded into the corridor as i could not get the shower head in the wright position. air con in one bedroom didn't work and as the temperature at times was over 44c this was not acceptable, in the same bedroom there is a enclosed waste pipe and if anyone from the flats upstairs uses the facilities during the night is sounds as if the building is collapsing, the bathroom door catch was so hard to work (a simple handle would suffice) if you were desperate you could have had an accident before getting yourself in to the privacy of a closed door because if you don't lock the door it slides open and there you are sat on the loo with your knickers round your ankles. the door handles all had pin codes locks and if you shut the door it would lock from the outside and you could not get in (we had to work them out for ourselves, only one door had a code on it and that was the kitchen. also there were other issues, in short the place was badly maintain.
