Stayed with my kids and dogs April 24 to 26th. We came up for a marathon and Royals game. We had a great time plenty of room in space for all of us. The property was a little older. However, it is still clean and has everything you need. Well stocked with all needed basics. The check in prrocess was easy and communication with host was efficient. The property had 5 beds we did not have 8 people, but you could sleep eight people there very comfortably. There was an additional pull out, roll away bed as well.Which technically would count for 6 beds. There's a small backyard area that is suitable for dogs. All of the rooms had fans and TVs. Very affordable for the space you get and the fact that you can have your pets as well.

Lots of parking! Host was very communicative. Location is a tri or quadplex not a single home but it was still nice and well decorated. Be careful with the dishwasher and if you will need a mixing bowl you will need to take one with you.

House was clean. The yard could have been groomed. I like that it is pet friendly. I didn’t like not being able to adjust the thermostat that was set to 75 during the day and 78 through the night. It was hot in the house even with the fans provided. I am coming back to the KC area at the end of October and will consider staying here again. It will be cooler outside. Overall a great property

Heat was set on seventy degrees and temperature outside was 13 degrees wa
