Very clean. The owner was very nice. Big room. Near to the beach.

Good location, close to the sea. The woman cleaned every 3 days and it was great.

The toilet is too small, the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all.

Very clean, close to the beach, large rooms…

. The apartment was very clean, spacious, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The best working AC we had in Greece, and this is our 6th year. The beach next to it is very small, but it is a 10 min walk to the main beach of skala skotiros. many beaches around it accesible by car. Every 3 days the room was cleaned and towels changed.

Not so many possibilites to park the car around the villa. The refregirator inside the fridge was quite small (the fridge was small too) and it did not freeze properly... we bought some ice cream to keep there and it did not keep it frozen.

Perfect host and location

a cozy hotel right next to the sea with a beautiful beach. Clean, quiet, friendly hosts. Everything is comfortable and convenient, I liked it very much!

We saw the villa in 2019, but we were already staying in a different place, so this time we knew exactly that the villa was our first pick in sotiros! So this year we booked a room here, because it's so close to the beach, the stuff is great and also they have a diving experience on!! #thedivingpirates we went twice to dive and it was awsome! We loved it that they were really patient with us, and we enjoyed every part of it! The room was really nice and clean, and also they come to clean the room regularly which was great!! Also in the room you could cook as well, everything you nedeed was there. Thank you again for having us, and definitely we ll see you soon!!

Excellent host always friendly and helpful with arranging logistics and information. the property is quite to close to a beach bar where you can jump with a drink in your hand in a silent neighbourhood.
