Good location it’s very near bus station, central festival and diana mall also very nice owner he willing help to provide many information as asked and almost facilities very good.

The host and staff were friendly and helpful. The property was quite far from Hatyai town area but located nearby Asian Night Market and Greenway Night Market (by walk, it takes about 5 mins only). If you come by bus, please confirm with bus driver or pic where's to drop off passenger (at the terminal bus or bus office) because I've to walk about 20 mins to go to this hostel (my bus drop off at the bus office area Lee Garden Plaza). Ironing facilities are available.
Cleanliness need to upgrade and water pressure at toilet to slow.

1. Staff hardly speak English
2. Poor water in the toilet and shower
3. No hot water
4. Ac either doesn’t work and works not properly. No remoter in the room to check. Super hot to sleep
5. Mattresses are covered with plastic. You can hear each your and neighbours’ movements
6. Shabby interior and facilities
