Wow - diese erstaunliche brandneue schön eingerichtete Einfamilienhaus individuelle Strand Haus verfügt über Ozean Sonnenaufgang und Bucht Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang mit erfrischenden südlicher Brise vom 2. und 3. Etage Decks. Das Hotel liegt nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt, ist dieses Haus in zentraler Lage an der Stone Harbor Erholungszentrum, die Tennis- und Basketballplätze sowie Baseball-Felder und Parks für die Familie hat. Sie können Ihr Auto (3 Parkplätze) und zu Fuß: 5 Restaurants, Knospen Markt, öffentliche bayside Dock und Stadt parken. Sechs (6) große Schlafzimmer, mit fünf (5) Full-Custom-Bäder sowie ein (1) WC, in der Lage, jede Größe der Familie und Freunden, ausgestattet mit Holzfußböden. Dieses Haus wurde entworfen, bequem 14 Personen schlafen. Die Hauptküche ist komplett mit Carrera Marmorplatten, GE Premium-Monogramm-Einbau-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd / Ofen, in Sharp Mikrowelle gebaut, und einem riesigen 5 Sitz Zähler Höhe Island (5 Fuß von 6. 6 ft) breit. Diese Zimmer öffnen zu einer expansiven bedeckt zweiten Stock Deck, dieser Bereich ist 420 Quadratfuß zusätzlichen Wohnraum. Sie können dann mit einem eigenen Bartresen, Eismaschine und unter Zähler Kühlschrank der unglaublichen einem der Art in Stone Harbor dritten Stock Sonnendeck gehen; Dieser Bereich ist über 510 qm groß. Die erste Etage Familienzimmer mit Blick auf den beheizten Pool und Jacuzzi-Bereich, wo es auch ein Pool abgedeckt Pavillon ist dieser Bereich 168 Quadratmetern und Lagerfläche von rund 100 Quadratmetern. Dieser Pavillon ist im Kühlschrank, Wet-Bar, Eismaschine, Entertainment-Center, Gas-Grill und Liegestühlen in der perfekten Flecken Familie, um sicherzustellen, eine integrierte und Freunde haben eine angenehme Erfahrung in und aus der Sonne. Mary's home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Stone Harbor has to offer. Easily walkable to the stores and downtown area, and only a block off the beach! The park and recreation center across the streets makes for a quiet environment you and your friends or family can enjoy for a relaxing beach getaway. The home is perfect to host large groups with restrooms for each bedroom, multiple living rooms and even a heated pool. If you are looking to explore Stone Harbor I can't encourage this property enough.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home. Our daughter got married in Stone Harbor and we were able to comfortably accommodate our family. The common areas were stocked with very much all you need to spend a memorable time there. We did not use the pool but it look clean and well kept like the rest of the outside areas. The beach is only a few short blocks away and there is beach gear stored that you can use. Communication with Mary was prompt, professional, helpful and cordial. We’d love to come back and stay at Rest A Shore again.

My family was looking for a single house in Stone Harbor that could house us as we gathered to celebrate the lives of my in-laws (who used to vacation in Stone Harbor). This place checked all of the boxes and provided a wonderful venue for the group of adult children and grandchildren, along with two young great-grandchildren. There is plenty of space to gather both inside and (when the weather cooperates) outside. For individuals who may struggle with stairs, it is possible to either stay on the first floor (small living area) or walk up the stairs once and make the second floor their home. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable -- and there are plenty of bathrooms. If you plan to swim and it is early in the season, reach out to the owner - she had the pool company turn on the heater for us. There is no hot tub - despite what the listing might say. The outdoor decks and porches give you the option of sun or shade. It is close to the beach and about a mile from downtown.The owner, Mary, was quick to communicate and great to work with. I highly recommend this home both in and out of beach season in Stone Harbor!
