This house is walkable to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s located in one of my favorite areas in Brevard. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our pup loved the backyard. Furniture was very comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again.

Pristine clean cozy bungalow that is within walking distance to downtown Brevard. Communication with owner was a delight. Nice large yard with fire pit for those staying in warmer weather. Lots of towels, soft bed, well stocked kitchen for cooking. It all makes for comfortable stay.

The Blue Bungalow did not disappoint! The house is perfect for a Brevard getaway. Walking distance to downtown and very short drives to the many trails and waterfalls in the area. Jaime is a great host, thinking of and providing many amenities to make our stay more enjoyable! Will definitely stay again on another visit!

We loved this granmillenial style cottage -- it's surprisingly larger than expected with a lovely backyard perfect for relaxing. We had a short visit but plan to return as the home was fully stocked to may our stay comfortable. Jamie is the perfect host!

Came for the Mountain song fest. This home is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Very nice backyard for evening chill time. Convenient to downtown and very walkable. Our ages are 76 and 67 and it was an easy walk to restaurant and shops. This is our second time staying at the Blue Bungalow and won’t be our last. Jamie is very responsive to our needs and communicates quickly.

We’ve enjoyed many VRBO stays, but this was the best in every way! A notebook on arrival and seemingly all possible needs anticipated down to the coffee filters and extra supplies…these owners could give a class on how to be the best hosts! Thank you for making our stay in your lovely home literally perfect.

I stayed for a month. It was excellent. The home is cute. Perfect for two people. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to town. A great park down the street to walk your dog or just take a break. Anywhere you want to drive ..only :30 minutes. Jamie is always very responsive and takes care of any issues. It was a joy to stay in this home. I would book it again in a heart beat.

We loved the Blue Bungalow. A truly great landing place for experiencing all the charms of Brevard and beyond. Great kitchen and two full baths. The master bath was a beautiful room unto itself. We didn’t use the backyard but enjoyed the front yard with our poodle. A couple of resident white squirrels made the stay authentic :) We walked to Bracken Mountain Bakery every morning for coffee and treats. We’ve stayed many places in Brevard and found this one to be the best marriage of location and comfort so far.

Rented this home for my annual fly fishing trip with a friend and dog. Home is in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Spacious fenced backyard perfect for my dog to run away and explore. A few cosmetic items should be addressed at some point , but that’s par for the course with older homes. Overall a wonderful experience. Will be back .

My friends and I had a great time staying at the blue bungalow. It is a GREAT location to get downtown. We walked into town both nights we were there.
The house had a few quirks but was very cute and suited our needs for an outdoor adventure filled weekend. The outdoor space was GREAT. Though we didn't know there is a groomer next door so our dogs were throwing barks through the fence for a bit. But the patio and backyard area was great for working on our bikes and relaxing with our morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds!!

We love the carefully appointed bungalow. It was so charming with antique furniture and quilts. The fenced-in yard was spacious for our twin granddaughters and dog, and fire pit was awesome for roasting marshmallows. We loved the proximity of the bungalow being able to walk into town for dinner and grocery shopping.. It was also close to Mt. Pisgah National Park with the beautiful waterfalls and forest scenery.

Really cute home, with a great fenced in backyard for our dog. Very interesting antiques in the home, cozy gas fireplace that we enjoyed very much. Very clean, excellent location close to town. Would definitely return to this property.

The bungalow is in a walkable location to downtown, could hear a bit of the louder traffic noise from the main traffic street into and through downtown; best of all there was a famous white squirrel family 2 or 3 running around.
