Large 2 bedroom with full living room and kitchen offers a better value than most hotels downtown. Convinient location by the T and highways. More authentic experience of the city staying in this house then a corporate hotel. Highly recommended.

First I want to state that the host Leonardo was very gracious an patient with us. The surrounding area had a lot business for all your needs. The parking fee should have been in with the rental fee. I did check later and it appears on street parking requires a parking permit. If you are mobility challenge I would not suggest the 2nd or 3rd floor apartments. The stairs are very narrow and steep. But overall is was a nice stay.

This was a great place for my friends and I to stay during our trip to Boston. We enjoyed our stay.

There is no notification of it on the listing and I did not consent to being monitored (invasion of privacy). Another patron commented on one of the couches being outdated with the faux leather coming off of it - it is true. The owner made contact via text message and VRBO inbox with broken English. The house is close to anything and everything but is an older home. Read about parking because it is not available without a separate price (should be included). The owner will try to make a comment because he has on all other less than stellar reviews.

Conveniently located near Wellington Station and a shopping center. This was a perfect “home base” for beginning and ending busy days touring the city or visiting with friends. The hosts were very responsive to addressing a (very minor) issue after we checked in. Never had trouble finding parking spots, but you might want to pay for on-site parking if you don’t feel like driving around the block at the end of the day.

This was a weekend trip, where we met up with our 2 adult children. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. I was a little concerned about 4 people and only 1 bathroom, but we had no problems with that at all. There are storage places for everyone's toiletries and lots of hooks for towels, etc. Wifi was perfect. Although we only made cookies for our "game night", the kitchen was fully furnished. There was a little confusion about parking due to recent city law changes, but the owner was GREAT in helping out with that and he was always quick to respond to any questions. If we return to the Boston area, we would love to book here again. Thank you so much for making this family mini vacation a great one!!

Nos proporcionó algunas cosas que nos faltaban enseguida rápidamente y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante la estancia allí. El apartamento está en la planta superior de una casa de dos plantas. Es amplia y cómoda y la cocina está muy bien equipada, para los que nos gusta cocinar. Tiene buena luz y un vecindario tranquilo, se puede aparcar en la puerta y tiene un mall a cinco minutos andando. En coche al centro se tardan unos 10 a 15 minutos así que es un buen lugar para residir durante una visita a la ciudad. Como punto de mejora sí que convendría renovar algún mueble que ya va quedando algo obsoleto pero la casa en sí es cómoda y con mucha luz.

Quiet neighbors. Boston is full of really nice folks. CVS, Duncan donut, grocery store really close to house. Stop and shop grocery is good place to buy food/essentials. Didn't need a car, Uber $15 one way. Train $5 round-trip daily.

After losing my home in Lambertville NJ courtesy of IDA, I wanted to rent a place for a week to spend time with my son over Christmas. I chose this spot because it was close enough to my son's apartment at Tufts. Turns out my son had emergency lung surgery at the beginning of the month and he stayed with me the whole week. Leonardo was gracious from the beginning. In my madness I was having trouble with the online check in (my bad) and he personally came to let me in, show me around and even offered to help me take my "stuff" in! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and absolutely lovely. I could definitely live in this space. It is well located and as advertised close to roads that lead to anywhere you want to go in the area. Tufts was 12-15 minute drive away; you can't get from here to there in any part of this area in less time due to traffic patterns, etc. Having lost my home (and all of my Christmas things) I bought myself a single ornament - an angel which I hung from the dining room chandelier which I inadvertently left behind. But Leonardo had the housekeeper retrieve it and is saving it for me for my next trip to Medford. He was responsive to every question I had - even on Christmas Day! It was perfect for my son and me. We had a very sweet Christmas in what was like an oasis for both of us especially under the circumstances. Highly recommend. Perfect price point as well. Thank you Leonardo. See you next time!

Leonardo was very responsive. We had to call to get the heat turned on. The location was good and the apartment was spacious.

We spent Thanksgiving in Medford and met up with our children who attend college in Boston. We brought Thanksgiving to them and had a wonderful stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked to prepare such a meal, plenty of space for all of us and the piano was an extra bonus!

I was disappointed. I expecting curtains on the windows and comfortable beds. The foldout bed was really bad. The bars made my back hurt. The twin beds creaked all night. When we walked on the floors they made terrible cracking noises, therefore: if you went to the bathroom in the night everyone in the house knew it. The leather was pealing off the couch. I spilled water on the floor, when I wiped it up, the paper towels were filthy.
