The view is nice 👍

It's kind of creepy. Midnight we heard running footsteps n scratching at the windows. During our 1st night seems only us in that big resort. 2nd n 3rd day then we saw couples of two people. On the 4th we decide an early check out thou we already paid for the 4th night. Will not recommend for family with small kids 🥺

Apart from room, there was nothing to like... very bad experience

there was no Wifi service... and noone was available to help late evening/early morning. very poor service. Beach was very dry, and dirty.. Photos are not new, and looks like very old photos

The facilities is outstanding ! Great value for money , very clean and its a resort environment feeling like which I preferred the most was facilities is very near to the beach and it takes me like 5mins only for the beach walk. I enjoyed to witness the sunset and sunrise right from my balcony also can see the cable car ride on top of the Gunung Raya Machinchang mountains, its so very spectacular . The pool is clear and welcoming. The best ever was its very near to the airport ( 10mins drive) , near to Pantai Cenang area which is everything is there ! ( place like no others which is 24 hours city life ). Last is the very friendly staff and very much helpful. Thumb up for the very polite and friendly staff , love them all and i shall come again.

Well , Langkawi island always have an issue with water supply. So don't expect too much and if want to be safe, better stay in well known hotel or resort , they will store the water for the guest ! I m happy that the staff always remind me to store the water after 10pm for precaution matter .

We liked the classical Malaysian look. The wooden panelling in the room and view.

We had to request for simple things like replenishing toilet paper and coffee/tea. Beach is not swimmable despite the excellent view.

The friendly staff & the resort as a whole..surrounded by lots of trees & ample parking space

The sofa bed is too thin & not clean. The balcony door difficult to open.

The room is not up keep, aircond is not cold and TV not functioning well.

The main hotel architecture was good & it was close to airport ( good for you last day stay) It was a hotel in a hotel. Did not qualify to call it a hotel. No wifi in rooms & on your floor lobby. Lizards enjoy sea view from balcony more than guests ( thanks for the sign - don't panic to see lizards)

Tried calling the number privided to contact staff number of times - never answered & voice message in Malay. Staff on counter desk is not helpful at all Young school girls running the counter who have no knowledge of area. At the lobby entrance there is a desk with 2 chairs that you can call reception. The main hotel reception id on your right that do not entertain Lagoon Sea View guests. Lagoon Sea View looks like a business leased few hotel rooms with a small desk at entrance.

the view

- the hotel doesn’t take advantage of the surroundings. the view is beautiful but the beach is not even prepared to have people. the sand is covered with grass and tree parts. - the sheets were full of stains. Also, after the bedsheets were changed, there were even more stains. - we didn’t have bath towels when we got to the room. we asked that to the staff and when we got back at night the towels weren’t there yet. we were looking for someone in the facilities but there was no staff anywhere. the morning after, we used our beach towels and when we were leaving the hotel, we reminded the staff about the towels. they just handed them over to us and we had to go up to the room to leave them. - the room door is not very safe. you have a card to enter but the door stays open after that. you still need to use a normal key. no one made us aware of that. It’s weird how the staff handles things. The hotel was almost empty and the staff was very unprofessional.

No breakfast taken there... Its calm n good view from balcony... Including sun set view...

The beach is muddy...

Closer to Airport

Lot of cracks.in the rooms.makes you feel you are in a very old building. Small insects and reptiles in room.and toilet .. Beds are not of good quality
