Oh my Gosh! I can not say enough about our stay, it was spectacular. We were upgraded when we checked in (I didn’t even know that was a thing) Every person we met was so kind and friendly. Our Maid Pattie was so lovely and Philippe our pool maintenance guy checked our water daily. We ended up with a three bedroom three bathroom apt with a private pool and an indoor outdoor kitchen and living area. It was breathtaking. This trip was a gift to our daughter for graduating from university. We could not have asked for more. Everyday I was stunned by the magnificent view of Bandaras Bay and the unsurpassed sunsets. The private beach cabanas and pool on the beach will forever be unmatched.

All and all it was a pleasant stay. The club next door,and bear week was not something we enjoyed,very loud. We loved how small the resort is, and how close the ocean is,beautiful. Puerto Vallarta is amazing.

Overall, an excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating housekeeping was thorough and timely and predictable. The location is perfect because it is literally on the beach and it’s at the end of the street so it’s easy to find and there’s no through traffic. The hotel is the destination at the end. The host arranged for a daily private chef who made fantastic meals for breakfast and lunch. The terrace was perfect as it span the width of the unit meaning we had access to it from both the primary suite and the living room. Our villa had two bathrooms. I prefer the upstairs bathroom because it had fantastic water pressure and felt more spacious. The bathroom off the primary suite was also spacious, but the layout was not as elegant, and the water pressure was not as strong. Even the AC was great, but the gentle breeze coming off the ocean allowed us to keep the doors open and not need so much AC at all. Overall, a special experience at a fantastic property. I would highly recommend it. We plan return!
