Jane was a brilliant host. Really kind and super helpful.
It was a little out of main town but buses were close by.

The apartment is in a quite district very close to city center. It is new apartment, very cute with balcony with a nice view! It was very clean with all the facilities! It has also parking in front of the apartment and generally, there are many space for parking around.
Jane was extremely kind & helpful.
I didn’t find something that I don’t like it.

Jane is a great host. She made sure we had everything for good stay.
Apartment is good place to visit Chania and beaches nearby (we went to Stavros beach). Center of Chania is walking distance (about 20 mins walk).
Washing machine was so handy for family with two boys.
There is construction going on nearby, so it could be noisy in the morning.

Everything was great. Jane is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment had everything we needed during our holiday.

Jane was a really cool woman. She helped us with lots of nice tips, she gave us fresh n clean towels and capsules for the washings machine.

Jane was an incredible host and was always willing to help and lend a hand. When my boyfriend became unwell during our trip, Jane immediately offered to take me to the nearest pharmacy and made us a chicken/rice soup to help make him feel better. She was also more than happy to help us navigate the city and offered to drop us off close to buses etc when we were going back to the airport. We felt very safe and well looked after throughout our stay!
The apartment itself was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was especially beneficial due to the high temperatures. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Jane also provided a parasol which was amazing to take to the beach.
The property is located outside the main attractions of Chania, including the old town and beaches. However, these were only a 20 minute walk away and were also accessible by the number 20 bus which departed regularly from outside the apartment.

It was nice in all aspects, We loved it.

Jane is a super friendly host, who made us feel at home instantly. We had some issues with the bed and she took care of it immediately. Also gave us some advice on good restaurants, nice places to visit and overal stay in Crete.
The location is quite far from the city centre of Chania, especially the busstation. So I recommend staying here with a car.

Apartment was very clean, in silent place. Owner was very plolite. All necessary appliances available. Pretty close to Old Town on foot. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
Sometimes internet was very slow or interruping frequently.

The place was perfect for our stay! The host was so lovely and helpful for any questions we had!
It was around a 20min walk to the old town, but also a bus stop close by that also took us in for very cheap.

This was not another Hotel Room. This was not an appartment. This was HOME. With the best hostess I have ever came across in my life. An ideal place for a relaxing and easy going way to get to meet Chania. Perfect for any kind of traveller but Absolutely one of a kind for families. From now on, the only place to be while visiting Chania.

location was perfect. within walking distance of a beautiful quiet little beach and some incredible restaurants. good little bakery just down the road and another cafe up the road a couple of minutes to both and both make amazing iced coffee! jane was incredibly helpful and hospitable. would definitely stay there again
The apartment building was a bit noisey just with people going up and down to their appartments the noise travelled a lot. nothing earplugs didn’t fix!

First holiday together it was made so comfortable and welcoming, the flat was perfect and had everything we needed at walking distance - supermarket, bakery and a quiet natural rock beach/lagoon mainly used by locals. town was fine for us if you’re someone that’s used to walking everywhere - about 25 minutes.

We were given the top apartment with a balcony. It was lovely to be able to sit out in the evening And enjoy the view. The apartment was well equipped and it had everything we needed. It even had a washing machine. On our 1st day, we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out, with the key still in the door. We didn't realise this until, we were out & about. I messaged the host, who solved the problem swiftly. Other bonuses for the family were a bakery around the corner, the town centre was in walking distance, being able to park our hired car easily. Thank you for getting our first visit to Crete off to a great start!

A bit walk to town center, but not far

The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped.
The apartment was not cleaned for our whole 7days stay. The towels were not replaced. The bath telephone was broken during our stay and no replacement was made. The apartment was at the 2nd floor and no elevator was available.
