Das Appartement ist einfach nur toll! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, die Ausstattung sehr gut und die Besitzer waren total nett. Auch die Konoba im Erdgeschoss ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Essen zu angenehmen Preisen. Man muss sich natürlich darüber klar sein, dass man die Geräusche auch schon am Morgen hat und dass es eben etwas nach Essen riecht. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Jeden Morgen hat uns Maria ein ausgiebiges und leckeres Frühstück gezaubert, ein toller Start in den Tag.

Es könnten mehr Abstellflächen und Haken im Bad sein. Ein Problem was es aber fast in allen Unterkünften gibt.

The owners, the food of their restaurant below is homely & brilliant quality. Lovely romantic little balcony we sat and relaxed.

This is Europe and old apartments are tight but the view , setting and brilliant swimming spots make up for that 100 times over.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The owner was really friendly, and served us a lovely breakfast that we could have on the balcony. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend.

The location and views.

Besides the location, everything is awful. The guy that received us was super hurry and told us to park in the harbor. He said that for a couple of minutes, it would be ok. When we returned from dropping our luggage, we got a 60€ police ticket. He offers zero compensation... He also didn't find the time to explain the breakfast hour, the water button or the checkout time. Another thing is that the room smells a lot of fried food from the kitchen above, and they make noise from 6.00 am.

The location was great, the room is in the center of Komiža. The room was great with the small balcony overlooking the city. The owner Marija was the most amazing and friendly person we meet, she helped us with everything we needed and also prepared us delicious breakfast.

I liked the location and the view you had from the balcony.

We spent a total of 3 nights, during which time we had the following problems: (1) Parking: on arrival in Komiza Nicolas advised us to leave the car in the car park in the harbour area. He assured us that it is very ok to leave it there, mentioning that a car has been there for 3 months without any problem. In the evening, when we went out for a walk we found a 60 Euro fine on the windscreen; (2) Cleaning: during our stay there was no cleaning and we were not asked if we wanted cleaning / new towels / new linen, etc.; (3) Communication with the host: following the complaints on Booking, we had a discussion with Nicolas and the owner of the accommodation. At the discussion we were strongly disappointed by the ignorance and lack of professionalism from the owner; (4) Breakfast: ridiculous. At the so-called breakfast we were offered an omelette (I think of 2-3 eggs), 4 slices of bread, 4 slices of sausage, 2 glasses of juice and 2 coffees. Clearly it is called a snack, no breakfast; (5) Other problems: smell (our room was above the kitchen and there were constantly different smells coming from it), noise (from the kitchen), small room, lack of accessories (glasses, fridge). In fact, comparing the restaurant of the location with other restaurants in the area you will see the difference. Finally, we consider that for the services offered the price is clearly not justified.

the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work so it was stuffy from the beginning to the end of our stay. too loud to sleep with the balcony door open so AC may be necessary during the whole night in the summer.
