Staff were accommodating, agreed to decorate rooms for our friends coming along that had just got engaged, agreed car pickup from Banjar Ferry drop off for around 150k. Very good communication.

LOCATION A BIT TOO REMOTE

The room was very nice, comfy bed, friendly staff, clean room and great pool with beautiful vibe at night! It’s fairly quiet here which is nice. The staff or their associates will drive you where you want to go with little notice, but it costs 75,000 each trip as it is a fair drive from key places to visit. If you don’t ride a scooter, it can become expensive. The transfer from the port was easy to arrange with them and drivers all safe and friendly. Tut is kind and accommodating!

The breakfast is good but pretty basic. Only juice or coffee, eggs and toast or fruit. But you can pay extra to get everything. Other places give you all of this.

The property was very calm and well-maintained! Pool was nice! the staff was definitely the highlight, they helped us arrange everything and even provided car services for the island. We really enjoyed our stay

Upgraded to bungalow to enjoy mosquito net. Friendly and beautiful place to start tours. Bungalow was very cozy and offered a lot of space. easy to rent scooter to explore Nusa Penida.

Initially booked a basic room which has no mosquito net. These are really basic and might need renovation. Upgraded to Bungalow which was good! Be aware to wake up early. You will hear everything from neighbors or animals. They also start working around 7-8am. Swimming Pool was okay but water a bit „aggressive“ for skin and eyes. Breakfast is really basic and you need to choose one option. Anything else to extra pay.

The location was really convenient, close from everything you need, everything clean, super welcoming team, comfortable rooms, quiet, everything you need for a great stay 🙂🙏

Nice location on Nusa Penida, all family related shops and restaurants, and they all want to give you the best they can! they arranged everything and nothing was to much!

We stayed here for 7nights and everything was amazing. we loved the location - 5min from the Crystal Beach or Gamat Bay where you can snorkel. The staff were always helpful and not annoying. Here you can feel alone in the jungle. Please note that here is the jungle - so you can expect some tenants from the jungle😄 but nothing dangerous!

This is one of the best places in bali, defenetly worth upgrading for the better rooms. The staff is amazing, the owner organized everything for us for really great rates, he has a group of guides, drivers...what ever you want. it felt he really cares for you (even checked on how our trip back home went). Best bed we had for a while. The place is super nice and taken care of. Defenetly strong recomedation. Ask him to pick you up from port... It feels like you are in the middle of the jungle

Nothing it was perfect

The hosts are very friendly and will help you with everything (scooter, laundry, pick-ups etc). The breakfast was delishious (a bit small, but you can buy additional for a few bucks). The location is great and the bungalows very nice!! Prices were all fair! Nice pool and beautiful surroundings. Also some great restaurants nearby. We loved Warung Payoda and Warung Oregano.

Location was great to explore Nusa Penida. The staff were super helpful, with very informative with great recommendations so do ask lots of questions. Renting a scooter for 65k IDR was great and would recommend. The Staff sorted this for us, along with booking boat tickets and arranging taxis. The pool area is very nice with great views.

We only stayed in a twin basic room so wasn’t very exciting and there’s not really any shelving or storage space, but the hotel was fully booked and the bungalows look nice!

ask for a private snorkelling tour - it's a lot cheaper than the bigger ones at Cristal Bay.

This place was amazing. Personel is really friendly and if you talk to Komal he can give some amazing tips on for example a beach which is only used by few people. The Pool The pool was very clean and it has a very smart cleaning system. The water gets rushed to one side so that if a bug or a leaf gets in it will get pushed over the opposite side. There are blue lights at night and I would recommend you take a dip because you can check out the stars😄 Clean Ketut and his family take really good care of the place. They clean it with a lot of care. Every day new towels. Breakfast was simple but ok. Scooter rent/taxi You can rent a scooter with them for around 60k. Just perfect. When we arrived Ketut made sure someone picked us up from the harbour and we also got dropped off when we left.

The only thing we missed in our room was a place to put our backpack.

the location and layout of the hotel is super nice!!!! we loved the pool as it is beautiful. The rooms are okay equipped but extremely clean. Would definitely recommend! the host, ketut is the best part of this hotel. he is super helpful and very efficient and always greets you with a smile, thank you ketut!!!!

The bathroom/shower was okay but not the best even though it was very clean. There could be a type of closet or more options to hang your clothes.

Everything, its quite comfy and as usual for Indonesia the people are lovely.

No place to store clothes it needs a wardrobe with hangers.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so helpful arranged pick up from the port and also arranged a driver as it’s very hard to get around the island! The rooms were really clean with good AC and the pool area was so relaxing, they are constantly doing work around the hotel and you can tell.

The shower temperature was either really hot or really cold.

The hotel is located directly into the nature. From the pool you are directly looking into the forest with nice banana trees, coconuts etc. The hotel garden is designed very nice and cozy. The hotel staff us very friendly and helpful and had always a good recommendation for us. Even getting break fast very early in the morning before official time was no issue. Another plus point is that there are four warungs directly around the corner. Our personal favourite was d'mall Sari. Thank you for a very nice stay! :)

The communication before and during our stay was great. Ketut was able to organise our trips with a driver while we stayed and also our laundry since we had already been travelling around a bit. The grounds are beautiful and very well looked after. Would definitely stay again.

The temperature of the showers was a bit difficult, either very hot or very cold but everything else was great.
