Nice and spacious, top location in the middle of Belgrade. Top host, who was very amiable and willing to help us with anything we needed. She provided us with internet for outdoors during our stay, which was absolutely amazing.

Great location, right in the centre of town. Big and spacious flat. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, pots and pans - the flat had everything you could need. Katarina was great, easy hand over of keys and she was very attentive and helpful with our questions during our stay!

Would have been great if the flat also had a fan available.

There was airconditioning and a jaccuzzi whenever you wanted. Very modern accommodation, awesome location everything is nearby. Absolutely awesome

The pillows were a little hard and sometimes too much noise because of screaming kids coming from the apartment upstairs. But that was not much of a big big problem

The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Alexandra was also very helpful and polite since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. She went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable.. Totally recommend it.

We could communicate with Novak easily, he was really responsive and helpful. Location was great we could walk to city center, all restaurant and pubs. Apartment was clean. There was a jacuzzi on the corner of the room. Cozy and there are everything which you can need. If you want to spend a couple of romantic days near the city center I highly recommend here.

- Katarina is a great guide and she helped us about everything and she replied me whenever I texted her via WhatsApp. She was always ready to help us and behaved like a tourist guide. She made our stay so comfortable. - It is so close to everywhere

- It is a two room “basement” flat. One has a jakuzi the other doesn’t. - There was no problem about heating even in the middle of February but there is a kind a smell cos of the position of the flat. - There was problem with the shower and water came out as a fountain to the bathroom so it was all wet towels and ground. - When it is compared with other luxury hotels, it is too expensive with the correlation of price/quality. it is ok if you look for some place to stay in but not with that price.

We've traveled to Belgrade with family this winter for 12 days. Everything was excellent in the apartment. Convenient location in the city center. There was clean and tidy inside. The improvements promised in the description were present. The jacuzzi was also a very nice addition. Separately, we'd like to note the responsiveness and the helpfulness of Katarina, Who helped us withcheck-in and during our stay. Thanks for all. We'll be glad to Come again.

The quality of the Internet could have been detter. But maybe it's a problem of the cityas a whole.

Great location, right by the centre of the city, parking spot is near and safe (behind the building, not on the street). Deluxe apartment with spa bath is very nice and clean, it has everything you need (towels, one-use slippers, kitchen is fully equipped, heating). Katarina, our host is very kind, she showed us the parking space and explained everything we needed to know. Also she was available anytime if we had any questions to ask, we could call or text her. She explained us how to get to certain locations in town and where are the nearest shops. Best regards and big thanks to Katarina! xx

Only thing we didn't notice before booking is that the apartment is in the basement of a building and has small windows. It is ok if someone wont be spending much time in apartment during the day like we did. But if someone would like that, maybe it should be written somewhere for people to know so they wont be disappointed. Regardless of that, our stay was really pleasant and we are happy we came! 😁

Always is good. Room is clean, Wi-Fi is quickly, Jacuzzi is comfortable. I want to say Thank you for everything Katerina. Katerina helped me with everything: shops, print documents, vaccination, another deals. She recommended me restaurants and other places for spending time. Perhaps if it wasn't for Katerina's hospitality, I wouldn't have liked Belgrade so much, hah

Location, host, and the whole experience. You will not find a better location. Not possible. I mean, you are literally 3-10 minutes walk from everything. Like 3 min walk to Knez Mihaila. How great is that? We have traveled a lot and stayed at many places but this one tops our list. The place is super clean and renovated in a contemporary style. Our host Katarina was extremely attentive and professional. Always asking if we needed anything and how our experience was so far, with a smile on her face A genuinely nice human being. The owner is lucky to have her. Will return again for sure.

Wi-Fi was a little flakey but not too bad. I'm really nitpicking.

Novak is a very responsive host and he will make sure you're taken care of. The apartment itself is very cozy and reminds you of home with all of the decorations. It is very centrally located close to a great range of bars and restaurant. The host even offered us free airport transfer as a token of appreciation. Thank you! We'll stay here again if we're back in Belgrade in the future.

It is a basement apartment. While we don't mind it at all, it is something to keep in mind if you want more daylight/sunshine.

The whole place shouted welcome! It had very thoughtful details. He made a cute booklet with tips. I was extremely pleased with the portable wifi. I thought of ordering it through a website but it would cost 85 euro's so I didn't, and there it was, for free and ready to use! Also de different charging cables were thoughtful. I most enjoyed the jacuzzi, but also the location in the Old Town was a big plus. The owner was next level helpful all the time, esp when I struggled with getting a pcr test. He also provided airport transfer (additional fee).

Location is maybe the best possible and everything that is mandatory to see in BG is in your very best near by.

The place was spacious, better than expected. Novak was ready waiting for me to give me the keys. the apartment is beautiful in city center, close to everything you need. safe area. clean apartment. full kitchen. great book recommendations from Novak where to go see, eat and shop. He is very quick to respond when you contact him. will definitely visit again maybe during summer and this is where I will be staying. A+
