Awesome location. Can walk to everything in town. Large unit with beautiful views. Nice modern and clean kitchen. Comfy beds and nice shower.

It was a good stay, nothing not to like. We had couple of issues during the stay but the host was very quick to respond and resolve

The location of Villa Holmen 2 was wonderful. It was close to Balestrand Kai/Sentrum, grocery stores, shopping, tourist, information, and restaurants. there was room enough for the four of us to spread out and have a little space in the middle of our vacation. The updated kitchen was well, equipped, and very efficiently designed. We were also able to wash clothes while we were in Balestrand. We liked the fact that the toilet and the shower were separate which I know some people from America might find unusual, but with four women, it certainly made things easier
for us. The owner was also quick to respond to a couple of questions we had while we were staying.
it would’ve been nice to have more than one key since we were a group of four adults. More than one key would have made it easier for us to split up and not worry about being locked out.

Beautiful villa/house- it was extremely charming.Made you feel what it would be like to live here for real. The decor was very authentic and cozy.
Comfy beds and linens/pillows.
Very spacious, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped to cook.
They texted us the day before to let us know that the 2 days we were there was a National Holiday (Constitution Day) and both supermarkets and restaurants would be closed and that we should shop before reaching Balestrand. We prepared and made simple meals at the Villa. Great /prompt communication on property’s side.
Would highly recommend taking eclectic bikes around town and the fjords. We rented them for 3 hrs and the views were just breathtaking. super special.
Just recommend that they put some signs up on the doors with the Villa # on it. It was a bit confusing to find the right Villa.

super clean, well located, good communication from host, easy to check in/out. wonderful Mountain View, silent, all amenities was provides, nice and very clean lines. plenty of space and more.

Good Location
we’d to wait for hot water to come passed midnight because according to the owner someone had turn the water heater off. I ended up taking cold shower.

We liked everything with this property
It is very spacious space and could easily accommodate our family of 6
Bathroom plus toilet was a plus
Kitchen was big and well stocked
Bathroom was well sized too
There were fruit bearing trees around with a good view from the living room
We did struggle in finding the keys - felt like a treasure hunt . Will be good to share the pic of lock box to help locate it effortlessly
The linen were kept in the room but were laid out , so that was a put off
Our entry was from back door so had to drag the luggage little up which was not the most convenient

The location of the house is fantastic, so close to everything in town and the most amazing view of the mountains from the living room and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, some are well loved and need replacing, but you'll need to stock up on everything including salt and pepper.
There were 4 of us and we had more than enough room, with 3 bedrooms. Also, everything was spotless.
It's a house that could use some design updating. Better reading lights in the bedroom would be nice and more comfortable outdoor seating. Also, an update of kitchen items, spices, a strainer, wooden spoons and s spatula would be helpful for groups who like/want to cook.

Lovely location. Very comfortable for five people. The area is beautiful.
The bathtub was a bit broken. It would be nicer if they had a hairdryer and a toaster.
