Comfortable and enough space to suit our needs. Had everything what we needed. Big balcony on which we sat and enjoyed our stay. Internet was SUPERB and very reliable, I strongly recommend it for people who need internet.

We missed only night stands next to beds, everything else was good and nice. Nothing much to comment here. The beach close to the apartment is not suitable much for children, as the water is advancing deep instantly.

We arrived later than our estimated check-in time due to traffic and the hosts were not at the appartment, so we called them and they literally arrived within 2 minutes, which I consider a positive. The apartment was amazing, it was clean, has an abundace of utilities. As a group of 4, the overall space was exactly what we were looking for. The public beach is 15 meters away, and private beaches are within 50 meters. There is free parking on the street, and a market that works until later at night within the building. It's also really quiet around. There is AC in the appartment and it works perfectly.

To my standards, everything was perfect.

Everything. We are going at Pachmann for two years in a row for a reason. Spacious apartment, beautiful terrace and view, everything is walking distance of 2-5 min, hosts are cool & always available for anything.

One of the most comfortable apartments I've been to in Greece. Ideal for families with two children. It has two separate bedrooms, a large living room and a huge terrace with a direct view of the sea. Equipped with all necessary household appliances. Meters from the beach. The most wonderful moment was when we were having dinner on the terrace and dolphins were swimming in the water. It was an unforgettable moment for the children. The place is suitable for a peaceful family holiday. There are plenty of free parking spaces around the building. Your FI is excellent with good coverage. The hosts are kind and prepared the room for us for an earlier check-in than requested. Would go back again for a long break.

There isn't one

The place is nice and have beautiful view from the terrace. The furniture was modern and have all needed kitchen facilities, except microwave. The beach is on few step away and was really quietly.

There are no ventilation over the oven, so if you want to cook there it become really stuffy. We faced a issue with not working lamps and this wasn't resolved until end of our stay. I raised the issue with owners, but they do nothing regarding that. The bathroom and kitchen was very dark at the evening due to missing or not working lighting bulbs. It was disappointing for me, as it may be fixed only for few euros.

Good position of the apartment, less than 100m away to the beach. Very large terrace with nice sea view. Apartment is very good equipped, so there is everything you could need, but ... please read what we didn't like.

1. We stayed 14 nights at the apartment and landlord didn't change sheets/towels during that period. When we asked him to change the answer was: "we do not offer that, you have a washing machine in the apartment that you can use". Sorry, but that was not advertised like that, otherwise we would never choose your accommodation. In Greece it is normal /usual that landlord changes sheets/towels every 3th day. Ofcourse, they didn't clean the apartment for those 14 days that we stayed there. There was a bit strange smell outside of apartment (stairs). 2. "one-roll-of-toilet-paper-per-stay" policy which was not advertised. Very strange. 3. Apartment beds Bedroom:1 double bed Bedroom:1 single bed and1 large double bed Living room:1 sofa bed In bedroom 1 we had SOFA bed for 2 persons which was very, very uncomfortable. So, you advertised double bed, but instead of that there was sofa bed. Not the same for sure. 4. Down, bellow the apartment there is mini market that works 24/7 so during night a lot of noise of customers (some drunk), but suppose that is not under control of the owner of Pachmann apartment.

The location is just perfect. The uncrowded, sandy beach is 50m away and you basically do not need changing booth (BTW, there's is none). There're showers every 50m, so convenient! Also, the 24/7 kiosk/minimarket with practically everything (incl. alcohol) you'll need is just below. This can get inconvenient at night due to the noise thirsty people are making, though. The hosts are very nice people. We had no problems whatsoever.

There's strange "one-roll-of-toilet-paper-per-stay" policy. It means that you get one roll of toilet paper, no matter how long you stay or how big your company is. We, the family of 5, staying there 9 nights and paying EUR1200+ got one roll as well. This wouldn't make us any poorer and we are not making a big deal here. We only had a good laugh while reading this rule in house instructions booklet (yes, there's such thing :)). This was a very big contrast with our previous staying place where we had *everything* included, even tampons for ladies and grooming tools for gentlemen (and which costed us less). Again, this is only a small downside of the otherwise perfect stay at Pachmann Apartments. I mentioned it here because there're no perfect places and I needed to write something. :)

Perfect location. Beach is in front of the apartment. very beautiful apartment, very kind owners. exelent apartment wit all the neccessary equipment. Definitely visiting again. Strongly recomended.
