Nice host. Nice, cozy apartment. Quiet nice neighbourhood.
The location could be better, but you already know that, and it's priced accordingly

Location is useful for where we wished to be. Layout of the facility is challenging for elderly or handicapped people. For a one night it is ok.
Parking is problematical. The bed is only accessible from one side, being in an alcove. It is comfortable.
There was only 1 towel provided. That was small.
No drinking glasses. No spoons.
Although there is a kettle, fridge, washing machine, decent shower, micro-wave provided.
Seems the host has not thought through what to provide for itinerant travellers.

"The room was well presented, clean, tidy, in a good location. The family were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and well kept. Overall we had a good comfortable stay. "
