Location, cleanliness, facilities, superb hosts
Noisy air conditioner however the temperature was fine to sleep without AC ie no noise and reduce electricity consumption.

It was close to the Duomo. Walking distance to Academia and good eating spots.
The washing machine was not working, we think it was the plug in the bathroom as the hair dryer did not work either. Disappointed as a washing machine was a must for this stay, we used a laundromat.

the location was incredible, we were right beside the Duomo.
the Apt was dirty.. the shower was horrible as the water wouldn’t drain. if you showered you had to close off the water and let it drained before you could rinse your hair out. the place is dated and needs to be really cleaned. we paid 60€ and the place should have been a lot cleaner that it was.
