Has potential, poorly maintained.
Great size, good location
The previous tenants had left all of the utensils, kitchen drawers, crockery and cooking appliances covered in food/crumbs and the cleaner evidently didn’t check prior to our check in. The booking agency sent out a different cleaner the next day who addressed the dead bugs, dirty kitchen and bathroom floor and the third bedroom pungently stank of mold. The cleaner raised it with the management agency. The couches are revoltingly stained and need urgent attention. Mattresses are also very tired and need replacing.

Perfect holiday residence!
Great location. Lock box for keys is a great idea, especially for us when we went different ways during our stay. I really LOVED the sign at the front entry regarding removing shoes. It saved me being the big, bad step- grandmother as all I had to do was point to the sign and say " these are the rules of staying here!" Fantastic. The sizes of the living areas were great, both inside and out. Easy to keep clean and tidy. Kitchen compact but with plenty of cupboard space. Fridge very effective! All appliances easy to work. Dining table was gorgeous too. Easy clean and huge. Back landing with 2 x outdoor settings perfect, and front porch, accessed from house, was my getaway. Beautiful on the sunny days. Beds relatively comfortable, no real complaints. Water pressure amazing in both showers as well. The road out front was not too noisy or busy which was a bonus. Looking forward to booking for longer next year once we have our dates organised.
Chipped crockery. May I suggest when you replace the current stuff, you invest in Corelle! Not so heavy, long lasting as well. A few extra bed pillows or at least mention in the advertising that only one per person is provided. Rubbish bin (red lid) was over half-full on arrival and we discovered that it is only emptied every 2 weeks. Sadly we left it FULL!

Perfect holiday house, exceeds expectations
*How open the house was - felt very welcoming * rooms were big and spacious * having a bath available when we have 2 small children is amazing * clean, tidy and very well presented. * full bookcase was great for free time reading * front AND back deck were fantastic. * fenced in back yard means kids can play out back * 2 showers + toilets! * comfortable lounge room, plenty of space.
We loved everything. We have nothing bad to say about our whole experience. Will book again and again.

overall it was good, would consider staying there again
Good spot, large house, quiet location.
dishwasher was broken, lawn was in bad need of mowing upon arrival. garbage bins were over flowing. garage was full of other people’s items so couldn’t park car inside. bench tops were dirty upon arrival.

Fabulous
Advised property manager that main bathroom toilet didnt flush effectively ... slow trickle initially that increased in volume if you continued holding button down for 15 + secs. The increased volume was often inadequate to clear the bowel. Additional water dump from a bucket aws required to remidy the situation. Was informed by property manager a plumber would be sent .. not sure when. A plumber never came to attend to my complaint & no further follow up by property manager.
