Price as listed in ad (around $425) was about the top this place was worth, but with all the Vacasa adds it was twice that much and not worth it We were there during cooler weather: wood stoves unavailable due to burning restrictions, central heating not working, so we resorted to room heaters BBQ igniter doesn't work and there were no matches anywhere in the house With a 3 bedroom home, there really should be at least 2 of the bedrooms with full to queen size beds. Not the case. The back porch and steps were closed off due to a safety hazard. Are they going to fall off?

Beautiful city and great backyard ❤

There was no heater. We arrived on time with 2 little kids and had to look for firewoood at night in a new city. We contacted management, however after promising to returm a call with a handyman on the way, we never got a call.. or maintance...

Nice big yard with beautiful redwood trees and super easy access to the river.

Beautiful home perfect for children. Next to the Russian river with a small playground in the back yard. We had a fun time and will definitely be going back.
