We enjoyed our stay! The unit is very clean, peaceful, and conveniently located. It's in a secluded area, but only minutes from everything we needed.

Wonderful, clean, spacious stay within walking distance to many restaurants and beachfront areas. Very peaceful and quiet! Would definitely stay again.

The house was in a good location .. needs new appliances and a few broke.n sliding doors inside .. but overall adequate...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented over 50 times on Airbnb and VRBO in lots of locations and have never had as many small issues that required outreach as we did with this rental. It’s a great layout and location and was very clean. However, there was a window that didn’t close, the garage key didn’t work, there were no instructions about where to park the extra car, no instructions about TV, the filters for coffee maker didn’t fit, there was no dishwasher detergent. The property manager was responsive.
Note that while the living room furniture is new, the beds are quite old. I would say that it’s fine, but would benefit from someone really going through with an eye to what it would be like to be a guest there and then making some upgrades and tweaks.
