Die Villa ist nur mit einem Gedanken dekoriert: "Entspannung". Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Memory Foam-Matratze und das große Badezimmer über eine Badewanne und eine Duschkabine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Edelstahlgeräten und Töpfen und Pfannen sowie Grundgewürzen. Der Kühlschrank verfügt über eine Eismaschine und Grundgewürze. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 46 'internetfähigen Fernseher mit Zugang zu Netflix, Pandora und anderen Internet-Apps. Die Villa liegt ganz in der Nähe des Nordpools und auf der Insel gibt es jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten. Genießen Sie unsere zwei wunderschön angelegten Außenpools und Whirlpools sowie einen Innenpool mit Whirlpool und Trockensauna. Wir haben Tennisplätze auf dem Grundstück und einen Basketballkorb. Es gibt drei Picknickplätze mit Grillplätzen und ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Wir haben auch ein Restaurant und ein Spa vor Ort (an Wochenenden nur für begrenzte Stunden geöffnet). Dies macht die Insel zu einem perfekten Ort für jede Jahreszeit.
Wir haben ein Minimum von zwei Nächten für Wochenenden und werden einen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht über die Wochentage in Betracht ziehen.

Clean, coffee, great tub and shower 😀 too bad the indoor pool is drained but we still had a nice stay.

We enjoyed staying here at the property. It was peaceful and quiet. Just the type of getaway we wanted. I wish we had water on the side we were on but the area with a water view was a short walk away.

Lovely property. The deer were so tame and walked right up to us, we brought a bag of carrots and hand-fed them which was a phenomenal experience. We enjoyed our stay at the pool and the restaurant on site was beyond delicious. The owner of the restaurant was incredibly friendly and I hope to come back here soon.

The community was beautiful and condo was perfect! It smelled nice, very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need (you bring your own food of course)! The patio was extra large with seating. We loved it and will definitely come back!

My daughter and I stayed here from Monday to Friday and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and was very cozy. The pool at the property is beautiful and clean. The week at the property was quiet (that’s how we like it) and people around were very well mannered.
The balcony of the condo needs some TLC, but I still was able to enjoy beautiful mornings sitting there.
It was easy to communicate with the owner. She’s very personable and attentive. Excellent host.
The Lake view from the condo is small and partial but that’s because of the current drought. The lake as a whole is currently only 43% filled.
I do recommend to stay at this property. We are planning to come back in the near future.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We are in Austin and wanted to get away for a few days without spending a lot of time travelling. This was about a 45 minute drive from home, but it felt like being somewhere else entirely. The condo had plenty of space for the two of us. It was clean and stocked with all the kitchen essentials for cooking. There was even some coffee for the Keurig. Do to the sustained drought there was no view of the water from the balcony. We did have a minor issue with a toilet tank water leak in the half bath the second day we were there. I cut off the water feed and contacted the host fia the VRBO app. It wasn't a problem because we still had full use of the master bath. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the room was very comfortable. Hot tub was good in the inside pool area but the indoor pool was not clean. Too cold to swim outside. Loved the deer and nature environment!

Everything I needed was there, including a Kuerig. Jaya was awesome at communicating and providing info! Highly recommend this property!

A great little getaway.
The property is a quiet and remote retreat for us. We enjoyed the condo, surrounding grounds and amenities. The host was great and gave us good information regarding the property. Well maintained and lovely.

It’s a nice place and seeing the deers walking around freely is a plus. We just feel sad of seeing the water level going so low. The view from the pool is nice. We’ll definitely come back with friends and family. And will refer this place to our friends.

This was our first time in Austin and our stay was amazing. The property is just as pictured and spacious. This is the perfect location to relax. The host was super responsive and recommended a great hike trial which we throughly enjoyed . Check and and Check out was easy and efficient. We will be back in March or April. I plan to stay here again.

The entrance looks like Italy! You’re greeted my Deer, they hang out on the property And are very friendly. We stayed in unit 1116, awesome view of Lake and has an outdoor living room. Very clean and comfy! Will stay again!!

Relaxing time during pandemic crisis
Despite the covid-19 crisis and numerous restrictions, this property offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The condo was clean with all the necessities to cook. The balcony was very spacious to entertain my family for lunch. We purchased deer corn for the deer on the property and enjoyed them nightly. We even found a nice path to walk 3 miles a day. Property manager was attentive when I needed something. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Summer Vibes
Loved this condo and the modern decor and the kitchen was furnished with all the tools I needed to host a big family meal one night. Plenty of places for 9 guests to sit and eat for the meal I hosted and the balcony was larger than it looked like in the pictures with a lot more outdoor seating area. This condo and resort did not disappoint! I plan to rent it again next summer! Loved the landscaping and the pools that overlook Lake Travis, too.

It was so relaxing sitting in the hot tub and looking at the sun setting over the lake right behind the pool! There were deer everywhere, it was AMAZING!

The condo is quite nice along with the pool and spa area. The things I did not like :
The boat ramp was not functional and there is no trailer parking. You should’ve told me about this because I told you I was taking a Jetske and asked about the ramp and parking. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and no TV in the bedroom. The kitchen needed a real coffee maker. You require us to take the garbage with us but we couldn’t find any dumpsters to get rid of it so we had to take the trash in our car home .
