The location was great- easy to access all areas of the island. Quick to reach Palma & the airport.

It was ‘misrepresented’ External outside door lock not working- house unsecure all holiday Multiple appliances- oven, hob, kettle not working across the 2 kitchens Sockets were unsafe - after tripping the circuits became live - giving electric shocks when touching phones Pool dirty around the waterline, water cloudy & smelly on last day Pool pump electric blew/broke had to be fixed Broken glass under sun bed, cigarette buts around pool area Smell from bathrooms Bulbs not working in multiple rooms- all needed replacing after the electric blew Villa advertises air con but it isn’t in all rooms- 3 bedrooms don’t have it at all, kitchens don’t have air con The mobile air con units were not great as the window had to be open (therefore unsecure) to vent them & they were very noisy The air con unit in the lounge was broken when we arrived which meant we had to move the tables & chairs into the other room for us all to sit down to eat. 1 table couldn’t be used as the glass was missing so we had to bring another table in instead Workers/owners in & out of villa over 5 days out of 6 (not including the 1st & last day of handover!!)! Locked in the villa when the electric went down- gate wouldn’t open til later in the morning- which meant we couldn’t go out to hire a bike that day as shop was only open early in the morning(9-11) During our stay the electric tripped on multiple occasions when using the appliances. The sockets broke & there was a burning smell in multiple rooms. The air con unit in one room made a loud bang & smelt of burning- 1 guest stayed awake thinking it would go on fire- worried about safety during the night. During that night the fridge/freezers were off all night. We & the owners had to move 4 beds into the lounge to accommodate 4 guests on the 3rd night as the air con was still not fixed in their bedrooms.
