1.Its just that why Parking is not come with owner card Access, customer need tO top up another RM20 per night per parking. I think owner own the parking one each. So its quit burden tO add on another RM20 for parking Access. This facility should include in customer stay, not different 2. Checkup is at 11am so earlier, should be 12pm like an others hotel 3. TV Access only limit tO Youtube , Netflix only can view cannot open. TV1, TV2 and TV 3 also cannot Access.

1. parking too small 2. Access to parking small sharp and small for bigger vehicles spaces too small. 3. Room is ok but maybe because old buildings some item rusty and broken. 3a. Lift too slow 4. No TV to watch only youtube

the floor was dirty and sticky especially the veranda’s area.. easily can be seen thru black mark on our feet.. one of the a/c and is leaking.. the kitchen area was full of dust.. the dining chairs were really in tragic state with haunting ghosts sound.. the curtains were dusty.. both the a/c remote control does not function properly… there is no remote control for the ceiling fan.. the whole condition of the property were really embarrassing.. not really value for what we had paid for.. really unsatisfactorily..

the house cleaan.

the booking we made for 4 room because i was click for 9person. there is recommended for 2 studio family with large double bed and 2 futon bed. there is no futon bed and 2 bunk bed in mix dormitory room. but when i check only they advise i was wrong book the dormitory room. actually they can advise when i give deposit by whatsapp so i can cancel that. they have burn the charges rm70x 2 = rm140. i personally got book hotel on the spot due not enough space for 9 person. this is very bad. how about that time we dont have money. is is totally cheating. need to explain very clear after this.

Additional parking fee rm20 perday. Swimming pool need letter from agent and 1 letter for 1 entry. And staff still not arround at 10am. Furnishing to old already.
