Had an amazing "girls trip" to Lithgow for a carnival. Great location close to town , but far enough away to relax. Loved the deck are great views. Everything was really comfy and cozy.

Property was in good condition, was fairly clean and tidy, good location in town but far enough away to not hear the town! We took out dog and he had a yard to play in and plenty of room inside and outside for exploring, we only booked one night as that’s all we were in town for but will be booking again in the future!

The place did not look like the photos. It was not clean, there were cobwebs everywhere, the back veranda was only accessed through a bedroom, it had railings that were falling off. The stairs from the veranda to the back yard was overgrown. Way too many power boards. The main bath room was dangerous no door on the shower.

Tv in bedrooms would be nice for an option . Large comfortable and clean . Could do with a little updating to today's living but overall experience was great . The owners were very nice and understanding. Overall great !

Had a great stay at this lovely clean roomy house.
Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of 8. The lounge was so comfy too. Although the gardens & lawns could use a little tidy up. Would stay here again.

Great property. .spacious and very clean and tidy.
Yard and garden is a bit overgrown but plenty of outdoor deck space to compensate... also plenty of off street parking space...we had 2 vehicles and a boat.
Only thing I would say is the window screens are not secure and the outside deck has a couple of missing slats as well as not a very sturdy railing so because they are up high, small children would need to be kept away fro. those areas.
Other than that we would rent this property again and would recoomend

This large home was set in a quiet location not far from the shopping centre. It was comfortable with all we needed for our short overnight stay. The garden had some lovely plants which could do with a trim. There were a few minor issues: some blinds needed repair, light bulbs need replacing and, sadly, we couldn’t open the door to the deck. But the beds, bathrooms and living spaces were comfortable and well set out. Thank you to Cheree for making this home available. It was a wonderful provision for our family of six, mostly adults.

We found this home very comfortable and appreciated that the family dog was welcome. Thought it was great that there were staples in the pantry and shampoo in the bathrooms. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond when we couldn’t open the patio door. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay, house in great location but needs a bit of maintenance we had to walk through mud at front gate would be good to put stepping stones down. Fire wood was all wet so took us a while to start fire ! Not enough heaters and one room had no electric blanket! Shower hot water ran out after 2 showers ! Nice cosy house when fire was going with great views and comfy beds!

Location of the house is super convenient. It’s closed to Lithgow centre and supermarkets.

A spacious property which was perfect for our short getaway to Lithgow. Close to Lithgow shops. The property includes lots of nice places to sit with a cup of tea and good book. The electric blankets was a nice touch. There was a fire place but the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working so was a bit cold until
The fire place started doing its job.
Communication with Cheree was excellent and she was very responsive to our needs.
