We stayed here for four nights and were very happy with this home. Jean was very communicative and gave us all the needed information well in advance. She obviously tries hard to provide a great guest experience. There were four adults in our group and we had plenty of room to relax and spread out. We were impressed with how clean the home is. Bedrooms are large and private. The bathrooms have good showers, and the beds are soft and comfortable. Great kitchen, very well stocked. We loved the neighborhood - close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet, just perfect for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again. just what we needed. A nice, quiet neighborhood.

5 STAR all the way. We stayed with 5 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of living/sleeping space and kitchens was very well stocked. Sat outside for most mornings and evenings. Location was great. Can’t say enough on how great the host was, amazing communication and very accommodating. Would 100% stay and again and recommend.

Positives: Neighborhood felt safe and was close to highways and downtown. Jean was responsive via text and phone. Backyard seemed nice but we didn’t use as it was February. Opportunities for improvement: The house is seriously dated and in need of improvements. The flooring is the cheapest vinyl and doesn’t look “finished” properly in some areas. The furniture is dated (there is even an outdoor glider as one of the couches in the living area). Overall, just temper your expectations. I was surprised as most reviews I read didn’t touch on the downsides. I expect my rentals to look like the owners spent the time and money to make it but Jean’s does not. I will give her high marks for communication. We had an issue (blood on a comforter). She was quick to respond.
