Stunning house, very well appointed, especially for family or friend groups. Friendly and helpful host. (Top tip, the red switch near the garage door turns off the water heating and isn't a light switch haha. We stayed here for the GasDash Event and the large garage was great for secure storage of our bikes.

Clean, modern, spacious, lovely setting. Host Michelle was lovely - we arrived after an 8hr travel from Karajini, on a Monday, which we were unaware is a “dry” day in Carnarvon (bottle shops closed). Michelle very kindly gifted us two bottles of wine. She was also very prompt responding to little queries about the house and brought us two airers for the washing - unfortunately the washing machine spin cycle was broken and the newly ordered machine didn’t arrive during our stay.
Pity about the washing machine being unusable after the first attempt. Some odd glitches with different lights - above the cook hob, out on the deck. Aircon seemed unreliable in our master bedroom - we had it on for 2 out of the 3 days, gradually increasing from 22 tp 25 degrees with no perceptible warming. The room remained quite cool. However, the bed was warm and comfortable 😊
There is a booster switch for the hot water in the garage - it would be worth labelling that, or making specific mention of it. I think I accidentally turned it off on arrival because I thought it was a light switch. We subsequently ran out of hot water on the first morning, but a quick message to Michelle fixed the problem!

The house was beautiful, luxurious and spacious. The access to the dock was refreshing.

Very spacious and well appointed house with a wonderful outlook to the canal. High ceilings and large windows and doors made it light and airy and the outside BBQ and decking area was a relaxing location to sit and eat. Love the wooden floors.

Such a wonderful place to relax lots of facilities and just an all round great place to forget about the city and put your feet up.

I liked that each room had its own ensuite and there were 4 toilets which provided ample conveniences for 6 adults

Beautiful house, great location, lovely views.
Literally the only suggestion we have for the entire house is a basic oven knob picture guide on the countertop showing the settings so that guests don’t need to fiddle with them. The knobs are well worn and it’s difficult to read any of the temperatures/settings.
The neighbours dogs did bark quite a lot - but understandably this isn’t the home owners fault.

Great Location, walking distance to the shops, house is in the middle so you have lovely views but also the neighbouring houses blocking the wind
House was great, spacious, and modern, each room had a bathroom which was a hit with our group!
Would definitely stay again, having the jetty open kitchen/ living area and outdoors you didn't feel the need to actually leave!!
Struggled closing the lockbox once we retrieved the keys and, when we had to return them.

There’s a toilet paper in each toilet but no supplies to cover our 4 nights stay.
There’s a laundry liquid container & fabric softener container but it’s empty.
The oven tray and barbecue grill outside were not clean.
Shower in first room leaks.
