Wow. What a great apartment. Air con amazing. Bedrooms and facilities so good. Just a great place and great location.

Nothing

We had an amazing stay at Bonnie’s Suites & Spa in Valencia. The apartment was fantastic, spacious, beautifully presented and perfect for the four of us girls sharing a two-bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the hosts had thought of all the little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, friendly, helpful and very responsive. The spa is also absolutely lovely and the perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon. We couldn’t rate our stay highly enough and would definitely recommend Bonnie’s Suites & Spa to anyone visiting Valencia. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing to report, everything was wonderful!

Great location. Great communication. And the apartment is great. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. What else do you need?

Room was a good size with good facilities. Location was great.

The spa facilities are run down and not private - we were disturbed three times during our booked timeslot. Not great when you're in a bikini. The rooms weren't cleaned in the corners and underneath furniture and we had a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. It doesn't state anywhere that you have to ask for bedding for the sofa bed - I thought booking for 3 people would have informed the host of that. So there wasn't any when we arrived and we felt like we were being told off for not communicating that we needed it.
