The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. The public market is just a 3-minute walk away, and the Giardini bus stop is about 5 minutes on foot. There are restaurants everywhere, as well as several grocery stores nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. Ivan was always responsive to our queries. Airconditioning is a big plus.
The corridor is a bit dark, and there is no lift in the building, though we didn’t mind. Check-in and check-out were quite strict, and we could have used more pillows.

Large spacious apartment in an excellent location.
The facilities in particular the kitchen were poor lacking basic items like spices, oil, washing detergent, tea towels, etc. limited cutlery and utensils for self catering. Although a paper towel holder was provided but no paper towels, a poor quality stove top espresso provided but was inoperable due to a lack of parts.
