Loved the location. So close to beaches and excellent restaurants. Great area for walking. A nice park close by. The room was small but very well outfitted. Excellent shower, good lighting and comfortable bed. I requested an early check in and the staff arranged for that. We were so pleased.
Liked everything.

The room is located near the beach just in front going down some stairs.
It has restaurants and markets nearby. Walkable to get the city.

The property is easy to find, and easy to get access to. The owner is super helpful and responsive. It was comfortable, clean and I would stay again! There is a supermarket down the street and some restaurants and cafes nearby, plus the beach and tennis courts. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. I also liked that aside from the front entrance stairs, the rooms were on the ground floor, so I didn’t have to hike my suitcase up a flight of stairs! I liked all the details of the rooms, and the luggage storage is a great perk.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was very clean and presented nicely
the room had a double bed but two separate bed sheets, which was strange!
No coffee pod machine and limited coffee/tea facilities
The property is a significant distance from the centre of split old town (c. 20-30min walk)
The room is much smaller in reality than advertised in pictures
TV was not working but we were compensated
