The location was good and the actual room and entrance into the apartment (kitchen area) was very clean and was kept clean throughout our stay.
It was quite difficult to find and we didn’t like the fact there seemed to be rubbish piled up against the main door entrance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Also the mattress on the bed desperately need changing that really affected our sleep.

Clean and comfortable.
Remote checkin was clunky. No info on how to get through street door so if host is busy you can end up standing on the street. Didn't have to wait more than 10 mins but puts doubt in your mind. Once in all is good.

There was a good breakfast in the little common area, really reactive, and nice personnel easy to reach any time. Close to the port and about 15 minutes walking from Ortigia Island.
The place was clean but really moldy. You had a feeling they tried to kill the mold's smell with aggressive and really intensive-smelling chemicals. The whole place was stuffy and humid to the point that it was difficult to stay there for longer periods.
