Great place. We loved the pool and hot tub especially when it was cooler out. The property manager answered my questions immediately and was able to resolve any issues quickly.Great master. The other 3 rooms are smaller if you are looking for spacious rooms. Kitchen was well stocked of items. Washer and dryer so helpful and tons of toys. We would stay there again!

This is a gorgeous home with a fabulous location. It was very comfortable for us and our two little yorkies who enjoyed running around the fenced in backyard while we enjoyed sitting in the pool. The boardwalk is a short drive away and was very fun to visit. Beach was very close. Loads if great restaurants close by. We would stay here again. Our host Mary was fantastic, very communicative and had us all set from beginning to end. Thanks so much.

Property very clean and well-manicured. Decorated nicely and has everything you need to stay in and cook a meal, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, all-in-one coffee maker and Keurig, etc. Other items available for use include bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, highchairs, playpen, etc. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Shopping and entertainment nearby. We rented a golf cart which provided easy access to more. The pool and hot tub definitely a plus. No complaints, we would definitely stay again!!!

We had 9 total (5 adults 4 kids) stay here for 7 days. Great location! Plenty of activities to do east and west of the house within 10 miles. Beach was 1/2 mile away. Easy to walk to. Had plenty of beach items in the garage( boogie boards, sand toys, chairs) nice but small covered back porch to relax while kids played in the pool. The pool was a little small but we didn’t care. 4 nice lounge chairs to layout on.

The house was in a very nice clean neighborhood about two blocks from the beach. it was clean and had everything as advertised. My family and I picked this house over others because it came with a small pool and a hot tub. Mainly the hot tub. Kids were ecstatic about the hot tub. The first day we went outside, and my son stuck his hand in the hot tub to fill the water and he pulled his hand out and told me.
”Daddy I felt a shock in my hand and through my body” we didn’t think nothing of it, and did not take him serious. About two hours later, we received a message from the realtor.
7:30 PM
“Good evening!”
“There was a little issue with the hot tub, possible loose wiring. I have a service request out for repair.
Please don't use it till its inspected, I have not given me a date they can service it once they do our message you.
It does run and filter but the loose wire could cause electrical current in the water if you get in it”

needless to say, this message could have been late and we could have had a tragic accident with my 10-year-old son😡
she told me that she was going to try to get it fixed, but did not have a date or time. at the end of the day, the hot tub would not be operable for the entire eight day trip. I asked for a refund of some sort since we picked this house over others because of the hot tub and reluctantly, all she offered was $100 total after we spent $5000 on the rental. just lucky my son is alive.

I loved the property and the pool and hot tub in the backyard. I dislocated my kneecap on day one there so I wasn’t able to enjoy the beach but having the backyard tropical oasis made the trip more bearable for me!!!
The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and we had everything needed to make some great meals there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Great Stay June 2022
My family of 8 which included 3 grand kids had a great stay at Ravens Nest. The house was very well maintained and the owner was very hands on, while not being disruptive, with any questions or needs as they came up. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. The property details are exactly as disproved on the websites.

Great Stay
Owner was very prompt and helpful when we needed anything. Love love loved having bikes. Made a huge difference. Easier to carry things to and from beach quickly and easily. And riding bikes to restaurants is much easier then driving and looking for parking.

We loved staying at this rental. Communication was top notch from the beginning and throughout the stay. It was immaculately clean. Kitchen had every dish or utensil we would hope to have! We loved the heated pool and hot tub for days that were too windy or cool for the beach. Private beach access for the development wasn’t far at all. We rode bikes, but would be an easy walk. Loved the private location, very quiet! It had everything we needed and more! Hope to stay again!!

We loved staying at this rental. Communication was top notch from the beginning and throughout the stay. It was immaculately clean. Kitchen had every dish or utensil we would hope to have! We loved the heated pool and hot tub for days that were too windy or cool for the beach. Private beach access for the development wasn’t far at all. We rode bikes, but would be an easy walk. Loved the private location, very quiet! It had everything we needed and more! Hope to stay again!!

Spacious, clean, with a lot of extra things available: bikes, beach toys, wagon, baby gear, grill. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
Pool is small, but wonderful regardless. My kids loved it! Water temp was perfect.
At night, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We had one glitch with hot tub controls, and the property manager helped us fix the mode error quickly.
Neighborhood is well-kept, quiet, and conveniently located.

Relax in Destin
Very nice clean house to enjoy Destin in. The garage was equipped with beach chairs and toys. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach was a plus. We really enjoyed the pool with a water fountain. We ate almost every meal outside by the pool. Mary was responsive and made renting her home a seamless process.
The bedrooms are comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place by the beach.

Very nice house close to the beach.It is located in the safe/ gated neighborhood. Owner- Mery was very responsive. The house was fully equipped Including all the beach equipment extra games for the kids, high chair etc. The only thing which we didn’t realize before renting - size of the pool. Next time we will know we should ask for the measurements. We really enjoy our stay.

Quiet and Cozy!
Accurate description by owner. The Ravens Nest is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The back yard area was wonderful, very quiet and private. The house was furnished nicely and very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. Quiet neighborhood with beach access a short walk away. The wagon and bikes are an added bonus. Very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Vacation
The house is beautiful and met all our needs. Plenty of room for all of us and our 2 furbabies.. The pool was nice for relaxing in and plenty of lawn chairs around it. Too hot to use the hot tub and the landscaping was beautiful. We only had one problem and that was the shower curtain in the quest bathroom which was plastic and tends to cling to you while trying to shower. I would suggest a hotel grade linen waterproof liner. Other than that we loved the house and would rent again in a heartbeat.
