We had a phenomenal stay in Chatham, in large part thanks to Anne and Ron’s beautiful home. Beautiful open downstairs space perfect for keeping an eye on our little one as well as sharing meals with family. Gorgeous outdoor space, and an amazing location that seemed to be no more than 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go! Anne and Ron are excellent and experienced hosts - so many thoughtful touches in the home for guests and a thoroughly stocked kitchen. We hope to be back next year!

Look no further! This home has it all – even an upstairs space for the kids to give the parents a break ;-). We are already planning our next trip back! This newly renovated home was meticulously clean, extremely comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Very spacious for our family ranging in ages from 7 to 90. Conveniently located just a short drive to downtown Chatham and a short walk to Jackknife Harbor beach. Decorated with many Cape Cod touches, it felt very much like a vacation home. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is remarkably equipped with serving dishes, utensils, appliances, lobster pot and crackers, blender, food processor, knives, pots, pans and spices. Microwave, convection oven and six burner gas range were so appreciated as we love to cook. We also enjoyed fresh fish on the large Webber Grill. After a long day at the beach the kids relaxed upstairs for a movie on the large screen tv, while the adults were able to catch up on news in the living room downstairs. Comfortable beds feature fresh linens and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor. The first-floor bedroom was ideal for our aging parents as there is a beautiful walk-in shower. The outdoor space is private, and quiet with a lovely deck that has both sun and shade. Comfortable cushioned furniture surrounds the firepit where we enjoyed star gazing and s’mores. If you’ve never taken an outdoor shower, you’ll love the classic beach shower, just through the stone path bordered with beautiful day lilies and hydrangeas! For rainy days or family time around the large kitchen table, the game room closet is filled with all kinds of games ranging from Candy Land to Cards Against Humanity. If you forgot your book, just grab one off the bookshelf. For trips to the beach there are plenty of beach and camper chairs, toys/boogie boards, noodles and umbrellas. Anne and Ron were super accommodating and kind hosts. The communication was super easy and their response time immediate. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

Fabulous! The house was lovely, spacious and clean. The outdoor amenities (fire pit, grill, outdoor shower) were also really nice. The owners were very communicative and left very helpful information about the area. Location was great - an easy drive to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely return again & highly recommend!

We loved the space...perfect for 7 adults. Great kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces including a fire pit which we used for s'mores! Thanks to the Villanovas for great communication, flexibility, and making us feel right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Good location- nothing was further than a 10 minute drive. Very clean home and hosts left us well equipped with Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer. Highly recommend this home.

House is better than description and pictures. Everything you could possibly need for your group, regardless of age. Kitchen is very well stocked. Extremely helpful and available owners as needed. Chatham is beautiful, full of hidden gems. I’d most definitely rent this home again.

We had rented this property last year, and it was a perfect fit for our two families! Lots of room to spread out, quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to stores and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked, and Ron and Anne are so pleasant to deal with and are very responsive to any questions or concerns! We got to meet them this year, and we were so busy chatting that our kids walked away😊 Very excited to go back next summer.

Perfect for our stay----well equipped and comfortable in a beautiful location. We had wild turkeys, chipmunks, squirrels and even a fox came walking past our yard. Chatham is a beautiful town, a real joy to visit .

The house was wonderful and had all the amenities one could need. There were a few things noted upon arrival: Screen door to deck broken or off track Stains on rug under dining room table These things had no impact on our wonderful stay but are mentioned only for your reference.

Six of us went to this house for a bachelorette weekend. We all loved the property and the house itself. Some of us have kids and remarked on how great it was for families as well. Everything you could need was there. Huge table and kitchen island for us all to hang out around plus an outdoor patio. Del Mar was so easy to work with. A screen door to the deck was off it’s hinges and they offered to send someone out to fix it right away even though I was only telling them so they wouldn’t think we broke it. I couldn’t believe how fast they responded to my email. Also, they consistently provided information leading up to our trip. My number one goal was for my best friend to have a memorable weekend and she did. Thanks!!

My family and I had a wonderful time during Labor day weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was impeccable and exactly as described and expected. The team was very responsive with all of our questions and any concerns prior to our arrival and during our stay. Absolutely no complaints. We all loved our stay and hope to go back soon!

Beautiful home!! So much room and was very clean. A little far from beaches, but it was worth being a little bit away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend and eager to reserve again next year 😊

Our party of 8 stayed at this beautiful home July 7-14. Everyone was impressed with the home as well as all of the amenities that were provided. There was plenty of room for everyone and a wonderful backyard/deck that we enjoyed each day. The home is close to shopping and restaurants and not a far drive to explore other towns. We would definitely recommend this home.

My family of 9 stayed here for a week. It’s a beautiful home. We had plenty of room to spread out as well as sit together for dinners. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious, located in a quiet, pretty residential neighborhood. The kitchen and family room/dining room were most of all family activity occurs and the large island counter top in the kitchen area was perfect for set up of buffet meals and cooking. The kitchen spill out onto a large deck with large table under an umbrella for 6-8 persons overlooking a pretty back yard. The house had all the amenities you could need. Nearby shopping in Chatham or Harwich was convenient. Delmar Vacations is extremely well organized, making the rental simple and pain free. We found the listing description to be very accurate and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the charming town of Chatham with its many surrounding beaches, activities and restaurants. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. (But not on the weeks we have planned! Haha! )

Pictures do not do this house justice. The house was open and welcoming and allowed for a great weekend of friendship and fun. There was a array of utensils that would make an executive chef blush. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Neighbors were active and always waved and were courteous as they passed. Strongly recommend this house to any group of friends. Thanks.
