We stayed in self catering accommodation so meals were not provided. The property was lovely and clean and the facilities were good. There is a dishwasher on site and that is an added bonus. They had a full DSTV experience available as far as I could tell which if you like watching a bit of tv, is available for you. The view from the verandah is just lovely and we really enjoyed watching the cattle and their babies grazing. We experienced a lovely storm on Saturday evening and the view from there is great. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the short trip into Nottingham Road was really not far at all for us from KZN! All told, a lovely stay.

Not much to be honest. If anything, probably the walk in shower room was a downside for me. Whilst great for those who need open access for walkers or chairs, the spray off from the shower makes quite a mess. A floor squeegee was kindly provided though - thank you.

The cottage is well appointed, spacious, comfortable and excellent value for money.

It was cold and we were asked not to use the electric heaters as it takes too much electricity
